The Amish Home, Tarentum PA

I had a great experience purchasing two nightstands at the Amish Home. Customer service was great at every step, from picking out the pieces and finishes I wanted in the store, to scheduling and delivery. I chose pieces from the express collection so the turn around time was about a month, otherwise I think its about a 3 month lead time since everything is custom built. The furniture is really high quality, solid pieces that should last forever. Prices were reasonable, the same or lower than other solid wood furniture sellers I've seen. There are endless stain options, including many that are more modern looking (grey and dark stains). I would highly recommend this place if you are in the market for quality furniture that you can customize.

The staff at the Amish Home store helped to explain the many available options and helped to point us in the right direction when picking out our piece. This store works with many Amish furniture builders, so there is a huge variety of pieces/styles to choose from. You can tell that the salespeople really value all of the individuals that they represent through the store. We just received our table and we love it. The quality is excellent. It was exactly what we were looking for. It does take some time to come in since the furniture is built to order, but it was worth the wait. I'm sure the table will be used for many many years to come.

The custom made furniture provided by The Amish Home is of superior quality, and provides a multitude of options. I am a multiple repeat customer, and discovered during my recent purchase, that they stand behind their product, correcting any issues. Made in Ohio, just makes it better!
