The Animal Hospital on the Golden Strip, Williamsport PA

Well I would have to say I'm extremely happy for the service my dog got into some porcupine quills and there was numerous veterinarians I called that one wanted over $800 so I called these guys and they automatically more than happy for me to bring her down to take care of her needs free stuff there is absolutely amazing I've recommend anybody to go here I know I'll definitely go back thank you guys again

Never have to wait long. Everyone is polite and courteous and take the time to explain things to you. Love it that you can be with your animal to the exam room.

No answer when my dog was indesperare and need of help from another dog attack and I called 7x and left msgs and no response.

Used this vet for years and was fed up after the first year or so but it was easier to keep going back. Rude staff. They couldn't care less about you or your pet. They have absolutely no compassion and they are all about money. Take pets to a separate room for some things which is incredibly odd. Twist your words and don't actually listen. I've since switched to another vet in town and they are absolutely incredible! Also not sure why anyone would board a pet here as they are just locked up in a crate, again much better places in Williamsport! Since going to a new vet I was offered shots for my dog that I wasn't offered here and they listened and cared for me and my dog.

The staff took time to answer all my questions and concerns I had. The staff was friendly and the facility was well maintained.

Why does your fire alarm go off once a week? Is it faulty? If so that’s a waist of time for the fire department to keep going out. Should look into getting that fixed!

I always have a good experience at The Animal Hospital! They really care about my cat Molly and before her they took care of my cat Emma until she passed away at 18. The staff showed so much care and compassion at such a very difficult time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to take their pets. I have been taking my pets there for about six years! I am very happy with the care they receive! I have added pictures of Molly and Emma.

Got a text in the middle of the year (2022) referring to my pet that he needs a check up. Today I called to bring my pet in due to ear infections. She informs me that I havnt had my pet there in two years. When my pet was there last year (2021) Now I have to become a new client and need to put money down. I’ll be finding a new veterinarian. They really pick and choose who they wanna help. I even have his old prescription from Last year. Now sure how that adds up to two years!

I really like when Dr. Sullivan sees my dog. She's very personable and I understand what she says to me without question.

Absolutely a phenomenal place! My poor little kitty had an ear infection and worms. They were so sweet and able to work within my budget that I needed and get the right care for my little baby. Their prices are wonderful and the staff is super friendly. Definitely recommend bringing your animals here.

They did everything they could for our cat nala but unfortunately we had to put her to sleep today to end her suffering thank you everyone for doing a great job.

Been using their services over 14 years now. Front-end staff are friendly, a variety of veterinarians to serve your needs, although Dr. Laura is my favorite! Post covid is hard to get appointments quickly, unless it's a true emergency, but I feel like that's not a unique situation. Staff went out of their way with a very unique situation. Long story, but those staff members know the details and it ended when the arrived safely to Japan.

Poor office assistant "customer service". Please teach your receptionists how to talk to people. If I wanted an attitude, I'd talk to my preteen. As much as I was prepared to have a script sent to this office for dogfood, Erica's phone manners turned me off.

Everyone was nice enough, but I feel like they just talk you into unnecessary things, trying to up the bill. Not the only vet that does this.

I can’t say enough good things about the Animal Hospital on the Golden Strip. I have been taking my dogs there for the past 4 years, and everyone is always so kind to me and love my fur babies. I always feel like we’re taken such good care of when we’re there!

My dogs have been going there all their lives, this particular time they were there for their grooming appt n they notice one of my dogs didn't look good, so they called me to ask me if they could take him over to see a doctor, it's a good thing they did my dog was having problems with his kidneys, I truly appreciate the care they gave my dogs, they were fantastic

Absolutely great service and awesome staff
Had an emergency with my dog and they took him right in fixed him all up and saved my furbabies life
The price was very reasonable
Cldnt ask for a better vet

I had an issue with my previous visit at this vet. It is not easy bringing up issues. Today I brought it up and the Dr and Tech both listened and understood/acknowledged my view.
They took time to explain the plan of care to me and costs that I would incur. They were very kind to my pup and me. I had a such a positive experience today. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone.
