The Atrium reviews
14Nice place, really good food, and great service. Was referred here to try the Reuben, but they were out of the corned beef at 11am?
Possibly tied with The Canning House as one of the best restaurants I've been to since moving from Philly to Kingston.
I will say, that since this place shares a building with the local Jewish Community center that it would be nice to have non pork options for breakfast such as Beef Bacon. I'm sure I'm not the only one that would pay extra for that.
Food is ALWAYS fresh, hot items are hot, cold items are cold. Staff friendly and warm. Plenty of seating.
Food was delicious. Waitress went above and beyond. Had a medical problem and she was right by the whole time.
Don't have a bad thing to say! Salads were SO fresh. Menu was large and varied. Service was great.
Food and service is excellent. Only thing I would suggest is turning the air condition down just a little lol. Otherwise it's a great place for breakfast and lunch
Was there for breakfast today, food was great and service was excellent! I am sure we'll be back!
The food was very good, but I'm only giving 3 stars because I ordered a tuna melt on gluten free bread, and it was served to me without being grilled, so the cheese wasn't melted and the bread was soft, not grilled. I didn't send it back because I was strapped for time, but shouldn't a melt be grilled and and the cheese melted? Pretty disappointed in cold cheese and bread on a tuna melt.
The corned beef sandwich was horrible, it was mostly fat. The meat seemed to be the remnants from the slicer. When the waitress told the manager he just stood there with his arms folded, didn't seem to care. They did not charge me. I do have a picture of the mess.
My wife and I went to the Atrium for lunch. 1st it's nothing like the original Atrium on Market St. The portion sizes were severely small for the price. The bread they used is totally different than originally used. The thick cut soft breads are no more. We both ordered Rye bread for both of our sandwiches and it was hard and not fresh. I had a Ham and Cheese sandwich. The ham was not good kinda rubbery and and it just didn't taste fresh. My wife's corned beef was extremely fatty as well as dry. My wife also ordered a side of cole slaw. Neither of us recognized what was served as cole slaw it was brown and warm and bitter tasting. We both ordered the fresh cut fries which were excellent just a small portion though. Overall just disappointing we both loved the Atrium when it was on Market St. When you're expecting the food from the original location, when the ladies operated the restaurant. Then receive what we got this week it's disappointing. I did speak to the manager and he was extremely nice. He took my wife's sandwich off our bill because of the Rye bread being hard and not fresh. Also offered to make me something else for the same reason, but I chose to finish my sandwich. Our server was extremely nice, helpful, and attentive. Overall not a great experience but I gave 3 stars because of the Mgr being helpful and the great server. Food wise it was 1 star unfortunately. Just didn't meet our expectations.
Food was delicious and I was served quickly. Ordered a tuna melts and a Reuben sandwich with fresh cut fries! Coffee was fresh.
We order from The Atrium for work often and it never disappoints! The food is always fresh, delicious, and on time. Everyone loves their famous pasta salad. Workers are always friendly too!
Food is okay. The service leaves much to be desired. Lunch service took over an hour both times I tried this restaurant.
