Very helpful and caring sales rep…grateful for the basement team for doing a good job in a timely fashion

Had a egress window installed! Showed up on time and finished in one day the results is exactly what I wanted. Price was fair and Bill the salesman was always on time and very easy to communicate with. The 2 man install team was very professional and everything was all cleaned up before they left. I would absolutely recommend the "Basement Guys" of Pittsburgh for a installation of a egress window.

William Hanning, senior inspector, was accurate in evaluating the water leakage problem and fair in evaluating the cost to fix. The crew from the basement guys were thorough and left the basement in a spotless condition.

I came to get a complete basement project but I only got bids for regular French drain which everyone does around here, so unless you want a median price point for French drain but also want other services then save yourself a sales pitch. Good luck out there.

Bill came out and did an inspection for some wet drywall in my basement. He gave me a lot of options to try to mitigate the issue before doing anything major through them. Very professional and very helpful. Most anyone with water damage/issues is an easy target for a sale and he did not treat me like that whatsoever. Highly recommend this company.

Bill was very friendly, helpful and gave us great advice. Did not do more than needed.just put us in the right direction. Thanks for coming out for an estimate and recommendations.

Going on 10 months and still not halfway done! Just found out we need to order our bathroom fixtures as well. There are too many gaps in communication with customers!

Edit. I was contacted shortly after writing the review in an effort to address our complaint. Due to the unfortunate situation explained to me I decided to update the review.

The man that came out to discuss our basement needs was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Because of the extenuating circumstances we did not receive the callbacks or estimates we were looking for. The manager that contacted me was polite and wanted to try to fix the situation, however we have moved on to other home projects and won't be doing anything with the basement for now.
