The Breakfast Joint reviews
5I ordered delivery and the food was good, hot but I wanted scrambled eggs with cheese and they made it like a folded egg with cheese melted on top.
I ordered from them about 4 maybe 5 times now and I have no issues. The delivery is smooth, the food is good and the price is reasonable.
Use to order here all the time with no problem until one day they started canceling every order of mine on Uber. I’d call and the lady would say “no you canceled the order” and hang up without even attempting to come up with any resolve.and now they’ve stopped taking my calls. I have been nothing but polite and have always rated them high.but because of one simple unexplained misunderstanding I’m no longer allowed service. It’s been months and absolutely nothing has changed. Hopefully it isn’t because it was discovered I’m BLACK! Hopefully, lol.obviously no one wants to draw conclusions.i haven’t had this problem at any other restaurant on Uber so it most definitely is not a glitch.the world is a confusing place. I never give out low ratings.but because of a mean lady your whole restaurant will have to accept this 1 star.
Formerly, Dave Jackson: ordered from another account a few weeks ago and, miraculously, the order went through.food was great In response to the previous review; it was speculation. Not a statement.and it is factual that your phone answering lady chose to be negligent in a situation that could’ve been easily resolved. It is also worth noting that it shouldn’t be a surprise considering your past reviews. Ironically, some customers seem to have stories very similar to mine. You do realize that statistically most customers who even have a bad restaurant experience do not leave a review. Lol. They just don’t return. So the few bad reviews that you do have should really be of concern and allow you to reflect on truly how many of your customers were treated poorly. No customer should be treated poorly. And that shouldn’t be confusing in the least. A moral and principle true restaurant owners should be very familiar with. (My final review, thanks)
