The Canyon, State College PA

Perfect location for students! These apartments have great amenities and the community events in the lobby are really nice!

I have lived within the canyon apartments for the last 2 years and have already resigned my lease to live here next year! The apartments are modern and very nice inside and the location is perfect and super close to campus! The staff is also AMAZING. They truly care about their residents and go above and beyond for us every single day. I can not recommend a better place to live!

I love living at the Canyon! The apartments are in such a great location. The management is super kind and helpful. Everything in the apartment is renovated and works very well. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

I honestly really love living at The Canyon. It is one of the few buildings left in State College that offers affordable two person housing with a really good central location that is not the Maxxen. The leasing process was so easy and straight forward. Some of the other building like to hide fees or options until after the lease was signed. Ryan made sure that we knew about all of our options before we even paid the deposit. While the building was built years ago, they were still able to update both the furniture and the fixtures to keep up with other buildings while still keeping rent and utilities around the same. I have heard many horror stories about maintenance in other buildings but we have had no issue getting anything and everything fixed without having to wait. My roommate and I have and continue to enjoy our apartment at The Canyon.

The Canyon is a great place for Penn State students to live off of campus. Great location, both close to campus and many restaurants. The apartment complex has an on location gym and printers! Plus they host great events for their residents.

This is a wonderful apartment complex and a great location for college students! The apartment is vary spacious and comes furnished which is very helpful for moving in. 10/10

Perfect location and overall pretty nice all around. Some downsides are when wifi goes out more often than expected and appliances/furniture are kinda cheap for how much we are paying. Space is also smaller than expected, but for 2 people it's a decent amount of room. Many amenities and things catered towards making it a great home away from home for students.

Location can't be beat and I've never had issues with maintenance. Rent is a little high but the apartment itself is very nice

This is my second year living at the Canyon. I absolutely love it! The apartments are all located in close proximity to downtown and campus. If you ever need anything, the staff is always there to help you. Everything is very clean and very open to all residents. The apartments are very spacious. I highly recommend living at the Canyon, specifically Cedarbrook!

I love living at the canyon! The location is great and I like the nice amenities like the gym and study rooms.

I really enjoy living at the Canyon! The common areas are very well kept and the staff does an amazing job organizing fun events like assembling charcuterie boards, handing out girl scout cookies, and much more! I love living here!

I have lived at the canyon for 2 years now and overall I have had an okay experience.
I wish there was better communication with residents. I always found it very hard to contact the leasing office when I needed assistance.

Love my time spent living at the canyon. I am close to downtown State College and close to campus. The environment management created is great. Clean, modern facilities, printer, washing and drying machines, gym, communal activities, and most importantly the ability to live with people I love. I am excited to renew my lease with them this upcoming fall. If you need a place to live, Go through the Canyon. They have it all:)

Newly renovated buildings, main office is very helpful, maintenance orders get answered quickly and easily.

I absolutely love living at The Canyon! All the staff is so kind and helpful with anything we need. Maintenance is always comes very quickly and a very personable. They hold different events every week for residents to meet each other and create a community.

The Canyon apartments offer amazing amenities and apartments for an amazing price. I am so thrilled to be living in the Diplomat because it is newly and beautifully renovated and has the perfect central location. They offer first class support such as free coffee and snacks for the residence and efficient maintenance. I know everyone else I know living in Canyon apartments such as Beaver Hill and Alexander Court absolutely love it here which cannot be said for many other apartments in State College. I have no complaints about these apartments and would recommend living here to anyone searching.
