Terrible that this agency will charge clients $150 for a late cancellation fee for cancelling the day before when they don’t send out reminders until the day before (policy says you must cancel 2 days before). I was sick all week laying in the hospital yet they’re going to charge me because I can’t make a dumb appointment “oh I hope you feel better”. Gross!

My therapist Kristen left me without making sure I was in another program. Making things worse. Never doing DBT with me which is the main form of treatment for my disorder. Wasted my time and money for nothing. Just to be abandoned after scheduling 8 appointments and given zero help.
