The Cheesesteak Guy reviews
18You would have to go to PHL for a better cheese steak, and I think theirs is better! Great 'tots', too
I love the Broad market, tried the cheesesteak guy sandwiches, it was huge (only ate half), good amount of meat. Not sure if was ground meat or real steak. Anyways it tasted really nice, $14 for a cheesesteak sandwich with pepperjack and onions.
The cheesesteak is decent, I actually like their burgers better. Good service and one of my go to's when I eat at the market.
I saw this place in an article on Penn live on Monday and have been waiting all week until they were open today. And they did not disappoint. I got the regular cheesesteak and it was incredible. I get a cheesesteak everywhere that sells them and this is the best around in my opinion. Will definitely be going back!
After trying at least a dozen shops, all over Philly, The Cheesesteak Guy in Harrisburg is still our favorite.
My favorite place in Harrisburg to get a breakfast sandwich! My go-to is the sausage, egg and cheese, and I have to say, *chefs kiss*!
I finally got around to trying this place and they did not disappoint. They have by far the best cheesesteak I've had in the Harrisburg area.
Holy BANANAS! Got a cheesesteak with Cooper cheese and my husband had a smash burger. I’m not sure I’ll ever eat those anywhere else EVER again! Wow, just WOW! Do yourself a favor and get yourself one (or 2, or 6) - you will NOT be sorry! I would add a photo, but to be honest, it didn’t last that long!
I know he's the cheesesteak guy but LEMME TELL YOU bout his bacon egg and cheese sandwich.best EVER.buttery, crispy, everything you want in a perfect hangover sandwich.highly recommend!
It was pretty good they ought to be proud of their food in the quality of it and you don't have to worry about any cheese whiz
Just put an Order in for for these "amazing cheesesteaks" through Grubhub. They called me back 20 mins later to tell us they had no Cheesesteaks. Who has a Cheesesteak place with NO cheesesteaks. Super disappointed and annoyed enough to never try and order from here again!
Came through the market early one morning and watched one of their guys chopping beef for cheese steaks. It's what made me decide to come back later in the day to give them a try and I am so glad I did! Got mine with wiz, peppers, onions, and mushrooms and it was superb! The roll was on point too, even after waiting twenty minutes to eat my cheese steak it was still super hot and not soggy at all!
Special Guest Eater, Aaron. Drive to 1,000. Aaron was Harrisburg Cheesesteak spiritual guide. I asked if they made their wiz. Man at the counter said, he does not and nobody does. He told me not to ask about something else but I could not hear him. This cheesesteak was very oily. We had a roll failure. $12 seemed high.
Drove 30 minutes for the so called "best cheesesteaks around". Got there at 2: 15pm and they were already closed and cleaning? If your hours are 10am to 3pm, why are you closed at 2: 15pm? Get some extra help or something! Thanks for wasting our time!
I'm a picky eater and only post when it's really good or really bad and these cheesesteaks r really good, kicks Geno's and Pats in Philly outta the ballfield. Sadly they r only open 3 days a week.
This is one of my favorite spots for a cheesesteak. The bread is always perfect and they absolutely kill a steak w/ wizz, onions, and mushrooms! Seriously, its SOOO GOOD!
Best cheesesteak in Harrisburg, bar none. I’ve been going here since it opened, and I swear the cheesesteak gets better every time.
