Even in a difficult market Chris had been extremely helpful through the whole process, he'd allowed us to communicate our style and tried to highlight homes that matched or had the potential to match what we'd wanted. He was very patient as we'd viewed house after house and eventually sent over the listing which we'd closed on in June 2023. After our offer was accepted Breana was great with making sure we had everything we needed for every step of the process. We're planning to reconnect with the two of them when it comes to listing the home we're going to be leaving when our new house is ready to move into.

Full disclosure - Chris is my son-in-law. I knew he was the right person to call, family or not, when needing information about buying and selling my home even though I was in a different market. He told me what I needed to look for in a realtor and what to expect during the process. He was willing to speak with the other realtor and help him guide and direct me even though he was not a part of the transaction. Even if he isn't in your market, you definitely want to give him a call as he will get you set up with the right people and on the right path.
