The Christmas Tree Stand, West Chester PA

Got my tree today!:) I buy our tree here every year and they look beautiful and last such a long time! Great customer service and friendly staff …. They also are wonderful when they deliver the tree to my home:) always happy buying here

I am sorry for the two stars. I let my nephew play on the phone and he did this mistakenly.

You'll definitely find your Christmas tree where. The price is up there, but the quality of each tree is unparalleled. The only real decision you need to make is how tall you want your tree

Pretty good experience. I ordered everything online and the tree and service was great. They showed up on time and were professional. The guy set everything up and even cleaned up after the setup. Tree was of great quality as everybody that came to my house was impressed with the quality. I purchased a 9-10 foot tree and didn’t have to lift a finger. One less ting to worry about during Christmas. Well worth the extra money.

Not sure what is wrong with this company, I had a HORRIBLE experience with them and their customer service. Please read the fine print on their website with extreme detail before working with them. I dealt with them via the phone, not the website, and there was a disgusting amount of miscommunication based on things that were "clearly stated on the website" (which I never visited) (and was never informed of)

I called this company looking for delivery of a 10-11' tree to downtown Philadelphia. Had a nice initial conversation with a woman and told her what I was looking for (tree delivery and setup in an apartment). The woman I spoke with was the owner of (or was at least leading) the company. She sent tree pricing over, and quoted me $79 via phone for a christmas tree delivery to downtown. I went to their West Chester location and picked my tree out, a 10'11" tree for $179. So I'm thinking, okay, around $258 + tax for tree, delivery, and setup.

Then the guy who is holding my tree informs me that they won't set a tree up with an existing christmas tree stand, you have to buy a stand through them. Wait, what? So I call the owner again, and she confirms that you have to buy a stand through them if you want the tree setup, and it is an additional $85. There's no option to pay them to set it up with your existing tree stand - they only set up trees in their stands. Not sure why she didn't tell me that from the get-go. So now I'm looking at $343 + tax for tree, delivery, and setup. Then I find out that tree delivery is actually $100, not $79 like I was quoted! So now my total for tree, delivery, and setup would be $364 + tax. I decide to schedule delivery only for $279 and plan to let them know the day before the delivery if I want a new stand for $85 or not.

Then the night before my scheduled delivery, while being pressured by owner via text to make a decision, she tells me it's actually an additional $100 for the stand and setup, on top of the $100 delivery fee I have already paid. Aka, $379 for tree, delivery, stand, and setup. I felt so baited and switched - the whole thing was extremely frustrating and confusing. I tell her that I will set the tree up myself, in my own stand, and to just have the guys deliver it.

Come to find out that my $100 delivery fee only covers "front door delivery only. " Which was "clearly stated on their website" (which I never visited, except to pay online). After all that back and forth communication, they wouldn't even carry the tree up to my apartment because they "couldn't find parking on my street". Just left in my apartment lobby. Would never recommend, renting a truck from Home Depot would have been a lot less of a headache.
