If you have computer needs, THIS is the place to go! I was totally panicked when my very old laptop went into fits and then wouldn't turn off. Ron took my "wounded soldier" in and allowed me to expedite servicing it. He got it back to me promptly with the advice to upgrade it to a solid state drive. I took it home and thought about it. When I finally decided to go with that decision he was able to fit me in for service the same day. I'm back home and I just can't believe how fast this machine is now! It's like going from a Model T to a Muscle Car! Thank you so much Ron!

Was looking for a laptop and had negative experiences at 2 major retailers. A friend recommended this business. I was impressed with the professional way they operated. They answered all of my questions and I was able to purchase a laptop that exceeded my requirements for less than I would have spent at the "box stores".

I had an issue with my laptop which turned out to be minor.like super minor. The guys took their time to resolve the issue but also get precious pictures off the laptop and on to an external hard drive that I purchased from them. They showed me how to use it as well as gave me tips for purchasing a new laptop and making sure everything was secure. These guys really go above and beyond even though they're super busy. I'm grateful for the time they took today to help me out. If you're looking for excellent service, this is your go to. 10 out of 10.highly recommend!
