The Container Store, Pittsburgh PA

If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered something online and used a gift card I had gotten for my birthday. They are saying it didn’t register and charged me the full amount. I had thrown the gift card away after I redeemed it so now I have lost that as well. They were unwilling to help except to cancel the order. This was the first time I have ordered from them and let me tell you it will be the last. Customer service is terrible they hung up on me. Shipping is rediculous also.

I love storage solutions and organization. This store is heaven. Great ideas for storing everything from toys and Legos to custom designs for built in closet and pantry systems. The garage storage solutions they offer seem amazing. I love the way utility boards create a visual space that makes locating tools a snap.

Cashiers are very very very slow. Check your receipt because they make mistakes all the time. I returned two items at this store, but found they didn't refund to my credit card after 1 month. Ridiculous!

Brand new store, great selection, fantastic service. Could hardly contain myself when I found out Pittsburgh now has a container store!

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They even stopped me and got a cart because, like usual, you go in to just look or get one thing and end up with no feeling in your fingers from the six items you are holding.

Everything and anything you could want to store- they have a way or something to put it in. Friendly staff ready to answer all your questions. A bit pricy though. Still a shopping experience unlike any other.

Fun new store. Lots of cool items for home and office. Sweet custom closet designs available too.

Have any container you can think of and more, but so are the prices, sorry but that's what I saw.
