Walked in on Black Friday and the girls were absolutely the sweetest despite how busy it was! The manager even introduced herself and helped me pick out gift sets for my daughters (60% off!). I will definitely be back!

I have been shopping there since its opening. Will no longer enter the premises after dealing with rude, unprofessional management and staff.

Jazmine had awesome customer service skills giving us recommendations with our purchases. Everything in the shop is discounted so youre getting quality names like clinique, mac, estee lauder and two faced at great prices. Will definitely go back and recommend others to check out the store.

First time stopping in here and Brianna helped me tremendously! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and was clearly very talented when it comes to makeup. Had a really wonderful experience there. Can’t recommend the store or the associate enough!

Prices really weren't that reasonable. For this to be the Outlet's, I've found cheaper in regular stores

The staff and manager were exceptional, I walked in with very little knowledge and the manager took her time to educate me and help pick the best products. Their prices are great, I would definitely recommend.

I came in last week to restock on items for my makeup bag as I am a traveling MUA. The manager and the other staff were so helpful! I got so much stuff for such great prices. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. All 3 girls in there were phenomenal. I will be back!

Best customer service ever. I went into the store today with my cousin who is deaf and only communicates via sign. Normally it takes us a little while to shop but the girls were SO patient and kind as I translated everything between them. Very pleased as it was my first time in the store…the manager Melissa personally introduced herself as she bagged our items, she made us feel so welcomed. I hope everyone visits this location. Absolutely worth it:)

Such sweet girls in the store. I've been coming here from Bethlehem for years. I witnessed a woman scream at these poor girls because she couldn't control her own children in the store. The lack of maturity was embarrassing. I feel bad for retail workers but these girls handled it so professionally. I always recommend this store anywhere I go!

Horrible HORRIBLE staff especially management. NEVER met such unprofessionalism and rudeness. I miss the old management and girls that were there. The new staff is racist, discriminatory and just plain out disrespectful.

I’m just writing this review for the wonderful experience I had with the employees who helped me today. I’m definitely going back there it was an amazing experience! They were all very helpful, and had great deals!

Non attentive staff member. Went yest, 10/20 between 1-2 pm, Blonde hair girl. Wow. Disgusting. She wasn't trying to help me. It seemed as though she couldn't wait for me to leave. She put my lipstick in the bag, placed on counter and that was it. No thank you, Come back soon. Nothing! Wow. So much for customer service disgust
