Staff were very rude and yelled at my daughter for touching the 99 cent feathers.i can’t believe they make money off of 2nd grade crafts.totally trash experience.

Such a great place to get together, easy to create your own craft and fun for all ages. My friends, coworkers and daughter love coming here.

Just had a wonderful evening at The Craft Factory! There was SO much to pick from and so many options to customize your piece. It was hard to choose and I was torn between two that I loved. They staff was super helpful and worked with me to combine what I liked into one piece that I totally loved! They make it so easy. I don’t make things myself because I am a perfectionist and never think what I make looks good enough, but this is my third piece I have made there and every time I have been thrilled with the outcome. They make it so simple and enjoyable! Highly recommended!

My sister in law and I had the best time at The Craft Factory this past weekend! Coming from someone who is FAR from crafty and creative it was nice to be able to sit down and make an awesome sign for my son’s nursery (it’s already hanging up!). The staff was extreme helpful and able to answer any questions that we had. The projects offered are well thought out and easy to accomplish. We loved our experience and will be back soon!

LOOOOOVE this little cute and cozy crafting studio! So many options to chose from, and you can also go in there with your own visions and the girls working there will bring it to life! AND, the owner pretty much ROCKS! Highly recommend

I absolutely LOVE the Craft Factory! Every time I am there, I am able to relax, be creative and have fun! They are top notch- even helped me create an original design! So many options to choose from that you don’t even have to have a creative bone in your body and I guarantee you will love what you create. Every staff member goes above and beyond! Karen, (owner) is amazing! She truly loves her customers and will help you design and create just about anything. If you haven’t tried Craft Factory, you REALLY need to! So thankful For this cute and amazing craft shop that allows me an opportunity that is affordable, relaxing and fun!

I have been to Crafter Hours/Crafter Factory for the past couple of years since she opened in the smaller store! It is a great place to express yourself and spend some time with friends when she has BYOB! Great place to relieve stress when a hammer and nails are involved!

So happy to have this local option for my bachelorette party in 2018! Not only did they accommodate us without much notice, they were prepared to help us create from the moment we got there! Our party ranged from teens to late 30’s and we all walked out accomplished crafters! I have returned with my mom for an awesome impromptu date as well and the friendly and creative atmosphere only got better! My only negative is that it’s been too long since I have been there last!

I absolutely love this place! The owner and staff are so talented and welcoming to everyone, no matter what your artistic ability is! They make everyone feel like an artist. It is such a relaxing and fun experience where you can make whatever you’d like. My house is filled with all the different projects I’ve made here!

I’ve been to the shop to make a bunch of different crafts and have even had a couple of parties here. Each and every time it was a blast. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed. The staff will help you every step of the way and you don’t need to have any craft experience or skill at all! Everything you need is supplied, the walls are filled with inspiration and you can even bring them ideas to make a custom piece. Date night/birthday party/girls night/bridal or baby shower/bachelorette party or even just because there’s always a good reason to visit!

We love it here! We bring the kids to every holiday craft they do. The kids have so much and it's always a super easy/cute craft for them to do. Very reasonable pricing!

I went to the shop with a custom piece in mind. The Craft Factory helped me make it better than I could imagine. They took all my ideas and put them beautifully together, even suggesting some things I hadn’t thought of. I am so happy with the final piece! They definitely make it easy to create a beautiful piece even for those who are not crafty! I definitely recommend.

Went here with my mom and had an awesome time crafting and bonding together. No hustle and bustle of the outside world. The girls working were so helpful as it took almost an hour just to figure out what we wanted to create. So many decisions and choices! Great little crafting studio. We will definitely be back!

The Craft Factory is GREAT! My daughter loves creating fun signs to hang on her wall as well as the fun events they often have for kids. I can’t tell you how many signs/crafts I’ve made there are currently around my house. My daughter recently wanted to make a custom field hockey sign and the employees helped me get the perfect image of a field hockey player for her sign. Karen is so helpful and welcoming every time you step into the shop!
