I contacted the Credit Gal for an in office consultation. The Credital Gal responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled an in office appointment.

The Credital conducted my in office consultation and was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. The Credital Gal is genuinely interested in assisting her community with obtaining positive credit and learning about credit.

I booked an appointment a consultation and did not recognize the number so did not pick up. I would’ve preferred to be informed what number would be calling and despite calling back and leaving messages no one has been in touch with me. This experience was disappointing.

Her knowledge and customer service was amazing! I would recommend her to any of my friends, families, or associates. She was honest with me and led me in the right direction with business and personal credit advice.

She has amazing customer service. She takes her time and makes sure you understand fully what to except of her services and she’s just an amazing person overall.
