Great place for bike repair I walked in with my bike that was having issues with the wireless rear derailleur and Jason fixed me right on the spot and now the shifting in perfect and they have a nice selection of new bikes for sale! Check this shop out you won't be disappointed

UPDATE: The store did refund my money, without apology, but only after initially refusing and after I posted this review. I remain unconvinced that the RS500's have a lighter release, which I believe Shimano should rectify in that product and advertising. I'm also unconvinced that integrity alone is the reason for not allowing a refund or exchange. The product didn't live up to the claims made at point of sale.

I bought Shimano PD RS500 pedals for $65 based on the recommendation at the store that they have a lighter disconnect than my 550's. When I tried them in my garage (I did not unpackage the cleats and did not ride with them only mounted them on my Trek and tried them one time), I found them more difficult, even at the lightest tension. The store will not honor a return. I trusted the gentleman at the counter and found it to be incorrect. There was nothing on the invoice about no returns. But as for me and the Cycle Works, I now have a no return to the store policy.

Jason and Andy provided excellent customer service and expert mechanical repair. They both took the time to discuss maintenance options and preventative care, as well as very quick turnaround and reasonably priced fee for my immediate issues. Made me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommended!

Knowledgable staff at this excellent and accommodating bike shop. They found just the right combination of bars and grips for my hand and wrist problems. When the first bars didn’t quite work, they hunted for something better to replace them without charging me for labor. It’s also a lovely shop, nice bikes, gear, in a cool building. Even a little coffee shop in there.
