I like this place. Also my dog does. I only will suggest a better cleaning product to remove smells.

Reasonable prices and my dog looked amazing after getting groomed. The workers were knowledgeable and offered advice when making purchases. Will definitely return!

Our dog Macy had never stayed away from us. We took her to the dog stop and they quickly responded to my message asking how she was doing. We could even sometimes see her on webcam. They were kind and patient and give each dog the level of attention they require. Will definitely go there again.

My fur baby love going to play with friends. J C is fabulous and so is his staff. Love it there.

It went very well. It was my first time boarding my dog. I would give it five stars but it was hard to get them on the phone. I had better luck leaving a message and just waiting for them to call me back. And when I came to pick him up I just paid and they went and got him and that was it. It's not like I was expecting some long drawn-out report card or anything. A little feedback would have been nice. Just a, he did well. He didn't really eat. Or something. But I guess you have to pay more for that. But I get it. They have a lot of dogs to look after. But the place was clean, the people were friendly, the dogs looks like they were having a nice time and were well taken care of. So overall I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is super cool! They have great variety of toys and treats. The employees seem kind and knowledgeable.

We came back to Pittsburgh under very difficult times. The hotel reccomended the Dog Stop. We had our Max there for daycare and boarding. It was wonderful. The staff is kind and took great care of Max when we couldn't. So glad we found them

Picked my dog up from an overnight stay and he smelled so bad and his paws we're covered in poop and dirt. Also I brought his own food and 4 servings of it. When I picked him they should've given him 3 servings and it looked like they only gave him 1. I'm not sure if he wasn't fed or was given other food. Won't be using them to board again.

I've been taking my Miniature Dachshund there for months while my wife and I both work and they have been fantastic to work with and seem well trained across all employees. Today will be the first day we start taking our golden retriever there as well.

Our Family loves the staff and service provided here! They take the best care of our dog and whenever we drop her off we are worry free which is a fantastic feeling!

Is the smell new, or are people just not posting about it? There is an overwhelming urine smell even in the lobby. I thought maybe they just needed to clean something up, but when I picked up my dog, I noticed she smelled really bad. Won’t be back unfortunately.

They treat our pet like family! And make him feel very comfortable. It’s so comforting to view the pup cams while we are away

We tried this place as a daycare and for a couple days after my dog acted very skiddish and abnormal. We never had this problem before at other daycares. We will not be going back here.

After just one visit, my pup now drags me from the car to the door - so excited to "go to camp. " The staff is so personable and genuine. I called twice during Chalupa's week-long boarding stay and they knew immediately which pup I was calling about and were quick to reassure a worried mom.

The staff truly loves dogs and take great care of your pet while it is there. Also, they are very flexible schedule wise and handle a variety of requests.

I was actually there to apply for a job but got to tour the facilities and it was a beautiful place.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Dog Stop! I have 2 dogs one of which is a special needs dog. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and always willing to lead a helping hand. My dogs get so excited when they know they are going to the Dog Stop!

They have a great staff that takes care of your pet like it is their own. They now board cats too!

Received a gift card for a day of daycare from my in-laws. We moved and I no longer live or work near this place. Went in to use the gift card on supplies like food and treats so it didn’t go to waste. Was not allowed to use it on anything but daycare. Great business model.
