Be careful. Rented a property he managed for 2 1/2yrs. From the begining, he was shady and tried to double up his commisions by stating dual representation hoping we wouldnt read the form completely (my wife did). After 2 plus yrs of us having to come out of pocket to improve the living conditions, which included serious MOLD issues, they would not return our deposit. Funny because we met the previous tenant who came by for mail a few times told us they never returned hers. I thought it was something she did but i see this is what they do and i am having to go to court for it now.

Ed and his team went over and above what was necessary to help my wife and I buy the house we always dreamed of. We were first time homebuyers and to do so during the pandemic seemed like a really daunting task. Ed always encouraged us never to give up even when there were times when I wanted to! Ed made our home buying experience as painless and stress free as possible and took the extra time to explain in detail anything that may have been difficult for us to understand.
