Do NOT rent here! Management told me since I resided here for over a year I wouldn’t be charged a “paint fee” for my security deposit. I got back only $75 of my security deposit. So they lied. It does not cost $370 to paint. That is cruel. Management never answers the phone. I called the emergency number when I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and NO ONE ANSWERED. The water fee each month is extremely high. They charge residents a “commercial rate” instead of residential. It sometimes cost us $150 for one month in a one bedroom. That’s ridiculous.

The experience living here was terrible on every level. The building quality was cheap and you could hear noises from neighboring apartments quite easily. They also bill your water/sewage as a commercial dwelling instead of a residential dwelling. This leads to insanely outrageous water/sewage bills ($150 a month). We unfortunately had a tragedy occur next door and we’re met with a full swat team at our front door along with having to watch them remove a deceased person from the apartment next to us. My wife and I were traumatized from this chilling experience so we asked management for consideration to allow us to find living arrangements somewhere else. They refused and didn’t even try to work with us. Lastly, we were given $75 back from our $500 deposit due to “painting”. Last time I checked paint doesn’t cost $425 a can.

Steer clear of this apartment complex at all costs.

Moved in 5/26/22 paid $2,760 a month. The toilet bowl mounts were exposed. Other residents smoke, don’t pick up after dogs, dump garbage. I moved out 5/19/23 & was charged $370 1/2 repaint fee against $500 deposit. Paint at start was garbage. Galman group doesn’t think they have to do any prep for new tenants.
DO Not rent there! Terrible! ’

- Read lease carefully! There are many hidden charges at lease end.

Do NOT rent here! I resided here for two years. The water bill must be paid monthly and was unreasonably high (sometimes $150 a month for a one bedroom). We found out we were being charged a commercial rate which isn’t fair. Management was never in the office at the times posted. They never answered the phone whenever I called. I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment and called the emergency number they told us to. NO ONE ANSWERED. I had to call the corporate office after a half hour of failed attempts. I complained about a neighbors dog barking for hours and management did nothing about it. Someone unfortunately died next door and the SWAT team was called. I was traumatized watching a dead body be removed next door. Management again did nothing to help us move out. Lastly, I was told by management we weren’t going to be charged a “paint fee” when we moved out since we resided here for longer than a year. We got back $75 of our security deposit because the “paint fee”. So they lied. That is a joke and cruel. It does not cost $370 to paint.

Both Carly and Barbara have been nothing short of fantastic. I came in without making an appointment and Carly immediately made time for me, answered all of my questions, and gave me a tour. The edge at yardley is lucky to have these wonderful employees working for them.

I have recently undergone lots of updates and some repairs to my apartment. Joan has been a tremendous help throughout the entire process. She goes out of her way to follow up. Jimmy is also helpful and a very pleasant person.

Don’t rent here. The worst management ever. They ignore work orders, or just close them out without doing anything. I have been here just over two years and the property manager, Joan, has been completely unresponsive to my emails. I even tried going to the regional level and had no luck there. Stay away from this place. Once they have your money they will pay not attention to you whatsoever.

I been living here over a year with my wife and my daughter. This has been nothing other than an amazing experience the grounds are kept beautiful, the neighbors are friendly and the maintenance staff is absolutely incredible, Lisa, Barbara and Joan are absolutely fantastic and helpful. I have nothing other than great things to say and I am proud to call this place home.

Do not rent from this company. My friend lives here and since June 1st he has had No air, cracks in his tub, large amounts of mold all around his windows with water leaking in. They have not address the issue and now having breathing issues!

We were renting @ the Edge while our home was being built. The apartment was clean with updated finishes and appliances. We faced delay after delay with the builder due to supply chain issues. Our closing date was pushed back every 2-3 months and the rental office staff, in particular, Barbara, Joan & Lisa were incredibly helpful working with our lease extensions. The community itself was very well kept and other residents were very friendly. Minor maintainance issues (furnace filter, dryer vent) were quickly addressed by Dave & Jason. Lastly, our security deposit was returned promptly after we left the apartment clean and completed the requirements requested in the signed lease. Seasonal community social events were organized and enjoyable. Our experience was very good & we would recommend The Edge @ Yardley. Thank you Barbara & Joan!

Lived here for 7 months. Really enjoyed my stay.quiet and convenient location for the area. Apartment management was excellent getting set up initially in a timely fashion. I was in a renovated unit which was great. Trash pick up was a great perk and unit is setup for Fios. I recommend.

I've been a resident for a year now and its been great experience. The office staff has been amazing at communication in a timely manner. The property and the grounds are very well maintained. Dave the on grounds maintenance guy, has always been helpful and fixed our problems right away.

As a neighbor, I can say this is a well maintained property with nice amenities, however management has been difficult, rude and deflective when addressing valid concerns that have affected me like noise complaints, loud parties (which they deny and said for us to just call the cops if it is true), threatening/aggressive tenants and as of last week an outdoor living area turned skate park (in which I was hung up on when reporting the noise during the day that management was on location to stop - sparking this review).

As an owner of a bordering community, my quality of living shouldn’t be so disrupted because of this community. Training is definitely recommended when it comes to management and acting more neighborly would go very far. All that I have asked is for some responsibility to be taken, items addressed without excuses (perhaps you have addressed) but issues keep arising.

I can only hope we can all live in more peace as neighbors, with less disruptions going forward.but that starts with management in my opinion.

Well I am about to sign my lease going on 5 years. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences since I first moved in. The property is going through renovations that make the apartment complex very up to date in its appearance and it various apartments floor plans! Great place to live. The management staff is very attentive to the needs of the people living in the community. Maintenance staff is on top of all issues and keeps the property immaculate and well groomed. It is a pleasure to come home to such a beautiful apartment knowing that all needs will be met with a simple phone call to the management office. Definitely, a nice place to call home!
