The Eleanor at Walnut, Philadelphia PA

I'm new to this place but the thing I can say is that everything here helped me do a smooth move from another country to US, especially Ricky who has a very good relationship with students and understands their situations very well. Thanks Ricky!

I went to see the apartment at Elanor. The apartment was clean and tidy. I met Ricky, the property manager. He is friendly, accommodating and patient. He explained on how the lease works and also gave me tips for vegetarian places.
It is rare that you get to meet someone so nice.

I would recommend HH Eleanor at Walnut for students attending Penn and others in general. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Ricky, the apartment manager is super helpful and kind. All maintenance requests I have had (2 to 3 in two years) were attended immediately. I have had a comfortable stay at Eleanor.

I had a wonderful two-year experience living in this apartment. The space was impressive, providing a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. Ricky, the manager, was incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any concerns. Additionally, the monthly community activities and giveaways added a fun and engaging touch to the overall experience. I highly recommend this apartment for its fantastic space, friendly management, and community-oriented atmosphere.

I've had an amazing experience living here! Everything is well managed and maintained. Any maintenance issues are quickly resolved. There is a sense of community and events to connect with other residents which is great to have as a student!

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and it’s been a great experience. Maintenance is always prompt and helpful. Ever since I moved in Ricky has been helpful in assisting me with any problem and is always cheerful and inviting.

This complex is owned or managed by HH redstone. I lived in a sister property of this large corporation in Ithaca, NY. I had $75 taken from my deposit because they threw my clean clothes out of the unit dryer. Did I want my clothes thrown out? No. Did they call me? No. Where the clothes dirty or wet? Nope, I just forgot to take them out of the dryer. Does it cost $75 to pay someone for the 2 min that took? Not unless you are REALLY taking care of employees. But they new I was leaving the state and could not fight it. How much will they defraud you when you move out?

I have lived in the HH Eleanor at Walnut for 2 years and love it! The property manager, Ricky, is very nice and helpful. His office is right next to the front door so he is readily available and resolves maintenance requests very quickly. He is also very supportive of and responsive to resident's concerns. It is really great to have the community of roommates, while also having your own room and bathroom. I really enjoy having a gym and free laundry in the building, and appreciate paying a flat rate for utilities. There is also a large room for people to safely lock up their bikes. Everything is very modern, clean, and spacious. Ricky also hosts many events with free food so we can get to know the other residents. Ricky matched me with two wonderful roommate who I have enjoyed getting to know over the past two years. I also really enjoy living in West Philly (check out the Clark Park farmer's market; the largest one in Philly-even in the winter!), and definitely feel save in the HH Eleanor. I would certainly recommend living at the HH Eleanor to anyone studying at Drexel or UPenn.

I have been staying here for almost 2 years now and I have zero complaints. The amenities are great, maintenance requests are served timely and the building manager is very helpful and approachable. The building also hosts a lot of fun events in house which are a great way to destress.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with The Eleanor at Walnut. The staff are friendly and helpful; anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from The Eleanor for the remainder of my years in Philadelphia, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming students looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with The Eleanor, it’s all in the service. I couldn’t be more satisfied!

I've lived as a student in The Eleanor at Walnut & Chestnut for about two years. The apartments are spacious and modern and the complex as a whole is well-kempt. In my experience, maintenance requests are processed and addressed quickly. The manager, Ricky, is very nice and responsive to residents' concerns. I strongly recommend The Eleanor to students studying at Drexel or Penn.

This is a great place to live. The management actually cares about your experience and fixes any issues that appear not that there are many issues since the apartment is newly built/renovated. Great amenities and security I would definitely recommend it to students since it is also within the walking distance of campus.
