I like the results that I am getting from just a few weeks into the program. The program is customized to my needs and is adjusted as I show progress to keep it challenging. My appointments are on time and Covid protocols are followed.
What I love most about The Exercise Coach is that they have removed all my previous barriers to being consistent with a strength training regimen. This program is convenient (both in location and scheduling), does not take a lot of time (only 20 minutes twice a week), is effective (my whole body pleasantly feels like it did work), does not make me sweaty (I can run errands after), and I do not need to worry if I am performing the movement correctly (because the trainers watch me closely and keep my form in line). So happy to have found The Exercise Coach!
The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. They make you feel comfortable and explain everything in detail.
Fantastic exercise program that is easy to stick to and gets the job done. I’ve been a customer for a while now and have enjoyed it, but find it even more relevant now with the current need for social distancing. Class size is limited and you can do these exercises wearing a mask. I highly recommend!
Finally found an exercise program I have stuck with consistently. Having a coach and a designated appointment time holds me accountable. If I were in a typical gym membership situation I would never show up. I would make a thousand excuses. Also, I feel like you get results without exhausting yourself physically or exhausting your time and already busy schedule. In and out in 25 minutes. That is workable for most anyone.
The goals assessment and exercise plan are personalized and the methods are highly effective.
Personal approach. Coaches create the personalized exercise plan. Workouts are slow movements with focus on form. Immediate feedback while working out. All the coaches are really helpful and friendly.
It’s small and very personal. It’s intimidating for me to walk in to a huge gym and not know which way to go, what to do and wonder if people are looking at my inabilities to work out. I love the fact that these workouts are 20 minutes but intense, getting the job done in less than half the time! I’m still early in the process but I expect that my opinion will not change!
