The Factory - Wilkes Barre, Wilkes-Barre PA

I bought some outdoor furniture, and I absolutely love it!

Awesome showroom, great quality furniture and American Made! The staff is very helpful, open, and honest. They take the time to answer every and any question that you have. They have a very large selection of indoor and outdoor furniture, and there lighting displays are absolutely gorgeous!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone! The great thing with this quality product is that you only buy once. It is built to last a lifetime and made well, not like these other stores with particle board and cheap hardware.

I encourage everyone to go and check out the Factory.

It's expensive but nice stuff
We did buy 4 Adirondack chairs for $1200. They are very nice, but very expensive. I recently priced them in Lancaster (at an Amish store), and they were cheaper there. We will most likely do business with you again.

Bought two gliders and had to order a matching end table. After four weeks, came to find the one I specifically showed the sales person I wanted is different than the one they ordered. To get the correct one would be an additional $94 and another four weeks. Not proper customer service. Made to feel like it was my fault the exact one I showed the sales person was not the one they ordered. Have to waste my time and effort a third time loading and unloading the gliders back as I will not do business with a company like this. They can keep their furniture and I’ll keep my money.

Edit in response to the owner’s comments: You don’t seem to have the correct information, and you would know that if you returned my phone call. I was not shown the matching table; I showed the salesman Rudy the table I wanted. At the time of ordering I was not given any information about different manufacturers making different “matching” tables. I was under the impression, as your store is known for “customizable, exactly the way you want it, ” that I was getting a circular table in the specified colors. I did sign off on the table being ordered as, I will state again, I was under the impression the table I showed Rudy was the table I was going to receive. Upon pickup I did not change my mind. The table your employee ordered was the wrong table and was admitted to by Rudy himself. As for demanding a free table, that is simply wrong. All I wanted was The Factory to honor our agreement that I get the table I wanted for the price I already paid. It was unacceptable for me to pay any more for your mistake. How could I possibly know that YOU ordered me the wrong table from the vague statements on the receipt. If I showed you a round table, don’t you think it would be your responsibility to order me a round table? You were willing to take back my gliders and for that you must be a saint. I paid for three items and received two. As far as I am concerned, your part of the contract was unfulfilled and I am entitled to return all the items. You may be able to bully other consumers, but I am not one of them. Your salesman Rudy was rude and apparently is also a liar. I will never use your store and will do everything in my power to dissuade others from shopping at your stores. I hope others can learn from my mistake of trusting this store. Avoid them if you value your time and money.

They said poly furniture was 1/2 price but I bought the exact same piece for $ 400 less then what they was 1/2 price
