This is my "go to" place for antiques. The quality and variety of antiques they have is unmatched in my experience in this area. Anytime I have a need for something I find it there and then find it at a very reasonable price. As for the clutter some people object to - I love digging through it because I inevitably find some treasure buried there! I would much prefer the volume of items available than have a paucity of merchandise in clear view. What stands out for me with The Factory is the number of truly unique/eclectic/one of a kind items I have found there that now grace our home and add so much character to it. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly - the last 2 times I was there I bought a somewhat large item and they went out of their way to assist me in both digging it out and carrying it to my car, and then doing so with a smile on their face and laughter! This is just an outstanding antiques store in so many ways!

Three floors of a bewildering collection of.everything! Tools, dolls, furniture, maps, butter churns, old swords, trains and even a light made from a tomato can. Well worth the visit.

So many neat old antiques to look at, couldn't do it in one trip. Will definitely be back!

Three floors and plenty to see. The prices are very democratic but it takes a long time anything

Pretty interesting place. Just keeps going because they have so much stuff in there. You can probably find what you want in there

I have been going to this antiques coop for 15 to 20 years, and each year I have spent several hundred dollars. For the first time last weekend, rather than purchasing a "small", I bought a somewhat large, and very heavy, cellar cupboard. I had spoken with the owner, Ms Tagg, and an employee before I bought it to ensure I would have help getting it out of the building. I am a 65 year old woman, and unable to move it out myself. On multiple occasions I was assured there would be someone to help me.
Then they took my money and the story changed - I would have to bring someone along to get it out of the building! Well I don't have anyone to help, and that's why I asked to be sure there would be someone there. The woman I spoke with suggested sometimes there are men in neighboring buildings who will help, but you can't count on them being there. That's what they call help?
Thus, I was misled, lied to. What I was told before purchasing the cupboard was not true, and in my experience, when dealers are dishonest about one thing, they are dishonest about other things as well. Not only was the ownership deceptive, but the dealer simply emptied it and left it in place. That meant I had to move many surrounding items he was selling in order to get it out. Is he that lazy that he can't even move the cupboard a little ways so a 65 year old woman can get access to removing it? He left me to rearrange stuff in HIS booth so I could get to the cupboard to get it out?
As a long term faithful customer I felt disrespected, abused and crapped on, frankly. Is this anyway to treat any customer, let alone a long term one? Why not put a sign up at the register stating that customers will need to remove large items by themselves, rather than lie to them? Why not be honest and straightforward from the getgo?
For example, the Zionsville Antique Mall has a sign at the cash register to this effect - if you purchase a large item you will need to bring your own help to remove it.
That is treating customers with respect! As a result, I don't buy large items there. But the alternative of not giving customers fair warning in this regard, and then misleading them, is a horrible business practice.
I walked out of there today and will never return. They have lost a heck of a good customer. I need a bunch of wooden crates, which Tim has and I had planned to buy several of them. But I will no longer buy any of his stuff either in that coop or in others where he sells.
This is inexcusable. Yes - they have nice stuff, but there are many other coops having nice stuff where they treat people with kindness and respect. Any other antiques dealer will get it out of the building for you.
This 65 year old woman is happy to do half of the moving job, but I can't do it all, and I certainly can't tolerate being lied to.

An antiques co-op that has been around for a long time and is still going strong. Three floors of antiques and collectibles. I was pleased with the items I purchased. Would have likely bought a few more items, but prices were high, even when requesting a best price. Faded tickets gave away that certain pieces had been in the shop for a long time.

I wanted to love this place but they are so pricey! I was hoping that each booth it qould feel like a variety of prices but lwft empty handed. I liked the stuff they had but I just feel like I could get the same stuff for half the price at other locations.

Absolutely massive, and much larger than it looks from the street. I agree with some of the other reviewers in that some spaces are packed and a bit cluttered, but I believe that individual vendors rent their own spaces, so that's on the individual vendor, not the store. I also agree with those that say that inventory doesn't change over a ton. I'll go every few months or so since I live nearby, and I definitely see some of the same stuff, but also a lot of new things every time too. It's so massive that even if things didn't change at all, you'd probably notice things you'd hadn't before. Among the 3 floors, you can definitely find something you'll like! They have books, kitchenware, toys, some clothing and accessories, jewelry, oddities, knick-knacks, lots of salt and pepper shakers, pennants, advertising, etc, etc. (Gets pretty hot in there in the summer).
