Been going here for a few months now for laser hair removal and it’s amazing! The staff is awesome and I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I went to the female pelvic center. I was interested in getting a testosterone pellet. The nurse practitioner was not very friendly. She briefly explained what’s testosterone did and told me I needed blood work, I got my blood work and when I went back to review my blood work. She was just ready to install the pellet and never reviewed my blood work when I asked her how was my blood work she just replied normal and never went into any details witch made me very nervous because I had lots of questions for her since I was feeling un certain. I told her I was not sure about getting the pellet and she just replied no problem call us when you’d ready. I left and they never followed up with me. Later I called and told them that I wanted someone to call me back so I could get some concerns addressed. I asked for some one else to call me and they never called. Very disappointed with my experience with this office. I spent money on all the labs and no one bothered to explain it to me.

I've been going to FPHC for over 2 years. Their office is quiet, neat and very clean. The office has pamphlets all around for various Female issues. I find it comforting and really appreciate the level of openness to discuss issues we may experience as women, in a comfortable environment. I only wish every GYN had this level of interest and information/education regarding the numerous issues women face as we start, begin, and end our reproductive and hormonal cycles. Kudos to the FPHC for being a pioneer!

From my first call into the office, to my examination it was a very pleasant experience! Tara and Sherry were so kind, professional, understanding, and kept me calm during my exam
I’m so thankful for everyone at this office

I had been suffering with a specific chronic problem for almost 6 months. After my 4th urgent care visit, my primary doc referred me to this facility for further testing. I made an appointment and received a link to complete their online portal questionnaire/health history. On the morning of the appointment, I woke up in excrutiating pain, similar to what I had been experiencing. I made it into work that day, but my pain grew more severe. I was planning on leaving work, to go to the ER, but I called my Gyno, who had me come in for an emergency visit to them first. I was unable to call to cancel my appointment with this facility, but I did call and leave a message needing to reschedule. Later that day, I requested a new appointment thru the same portal, with no response. About a month later, I received a bill in the mail for $250, for a no call no show fee. When I looked thru the portal, there was no mention of the fee anywhere. I then looked thru all communications I had with this facility, and found an upopened email in my SPAM folder from this facility, that stated the charge- However, I was unaware of this email prior (because it was in SPAM) and received no communication. The fact that I was penalized for a health emergency beyond my control- the actual health problem I originally made this appointment for- is disappointing, and disenfranchising for a health provider facility. I manage a spa, and completely understand needing policies in place, to help secure your business: but to not allow discretion and/or grace for potential clients when legitimate emergencies occur, is at its very least indecent and inhumane. You are providing health services, treating people. If your company exists by monopolizing on female health crisis, you shouldn't 'market' yourself as a health provider.

For 20 years I had bladder prolapse and every time I would see a dr the response was to the tune of yes that happens. I went to see Dr Molden and felt like I was listened to for the first time. I appreciate that appropriate testing was done before jumping into surgery.

I am recovering from surgery now and I am very pleased with the whole process. I adore the NP’s at the office and am super pleased with my care.

My only “complaint “ is there is a young lady at the front desk that isn’t the friendliest. Not rude, bit maybe a little less caring than one would expect.

Met with Dr Molden today for the first time. She explained everything in detail and I felt very comfortable.
I would highly recommend this practice.

This office was recommended to me by my primary, and it is amazing! They really saved me when I was in the middle of a severe ic flare up. They know what they’re doing and they helped me out of it. The staff is very caring and understanding and they got me through it. I am very grateful for them and I would highly recommend them… you’ll be in good hands.
