Went to see Camden Welles, ARMORS, and Transviolet live last night and it was one of the best concert experiences I've ever had. Security was very nice, the halls and bathrooms were clean and the whole place just had a cozy feel to it. Thank you for blowing my expectations out of the water and giving me another new place to come back to for more shows!

I’ve been to dozen of different venues all over the Untied States, and there is not one venue that exceeds The Fillmore in Philadelphia. The Guest Service employees were extremely helpful, and the security at the front door were professional and friendly. The acoustics in this venue were incredible no matter where you stood and seeing the stage was no issue. Food and drink service were 10/10. I can’t wait to see another show at this venue!

Saw Brittany Howard here. Love this space! Nice stage with plenty of viewing, even for someone short. The bars are plentiful so they don’t become impossibly packed. Sound was good. Drinks were reasonable. Very happy with my experience.

Good for music but absolutely not a safe & secure place, and no not just because of the virus, very rowdy crowds at times, no drink limitations I mean I've seen people absolutely drunk beyond words & smell marijuana everytime I'm there. The crowd surfing is so bad and allowed by the place, that's it's very hard to enjoy the reason you attended the event in the first place, the show or music. My recommendation is watch, whoever it may be, at home on YouTube. 1 star.

Pretty sick venue. Lots of space, multiple bars, music sounds incredible inside, different pieces of art to take pictures in front of. I was here for champagne jam and saw my favorite band the front bottoms. I only had to park 2 blocks away it was like a 3-5 minute walk. If you have a chance to see a show here definitely go.

With a venue as spacious and well planned out as this, there is mo wonder this place has such great artists here

One of the best venues I've been to. Large, open floor with no obstructions to block your view. Plenty of bars to grab a drink. Clean and classy, even the rest rooms are are very clean and nice. Will definitely come back

I have been a fan of this place since I saw “Mister Wives” two years ago. Just saw “CKY” and was still impressed with the place. In the heart of Fishtown it’s amazing.

My first time here was quite an impression. This venue is very unique and quite possibly my favorite. The parking is incredibly close. I honestly do not think there is a bad seat in the house either. The Aesthetics are awesome, everything from the lighting to the paintings on the wall's create a very interesting environment and gave me a lot to look at while waiting for the show to start.

Terrible place to see a show. No where to dance. People mulling around drunk spilling drinks on you everywhere. The light show constantly glaring right into your eyes like to send you into an epileptic episode. Charged us to hang 2 jackets and then put em on 1 hanger and then seemed pissed when we didn't tip em. It's impossible to get close to be able to see and if you go to the 2nd level they've got you sitting on bleachers. Obviously not a fan lol.

Great place to see a show no matter the age. Adults looking for a good view without the mosh pits. The balcony is the place for you

I go to many shows at the Fillmore but recently they have sectioned off the elevated area in the back of the ground floor as a "VIP" area for an extra $50 per person. The entire second floor is already a VIP area. By doing so on the first floor, it causes a bunch more people to stand on the floor. I was all the way in the back on the back railing and literally didn't have 1 foot of space to even move. Just another corporate cash grab I guess.

Awesome space- plenty of room to dance, the sound is incredible, the events are a blast, and there's ALWAYS PARKING WHICH IS SO RARE IN PHILLY VENUES. Drinks are expensive, but they always are at shows

The Fillmore is a great place to go to for nice small venue concerts that I go to every once and awhile. Definitely check it out.

Great music venue that bring in a ton of awesome bands. Sound and light quality are top notch and the room never feels over crowded. Plenty of room to move around. Only complaint is that the parking can be a little confusing.

I bought $80 vip tickets ($40 for regular seating) in person at the box office a month prior to the show and was told it would include a separate seating area. I was VERY specific when asking about this when I was purchasing it. When I got there I was told that all vip included was early entry to general admission seating and that vip was “over”. I asked if we could sit in the balcony area instead ($50 tickets) and told we could if we paid another 50 to $75 a person! Talked to a manager and they said the same thing. It wasn’t even crowded up there. I’m a mom of a young baby and this really put a damper on my first night out in 9 months. Obviously the box office ppl didn’t know what they were talking about when I asked them about vip but sold me the tickets anyways. Annoyingggg! Show was good tho.after we paid the extra money to sit in the balcony. Server with the short blonde pigtails was a dear! They should change the part where it automatically puts 0.00 in the credit card tip part tho. That was confusing and probably messes with their tips.

I Purchased tickets at the box office. I was the only person there and it took 25 minutes to get the tickets I wanted. Then, I was handed a envelope with zero information about the tickets I just spent a hundreds of dollars on. There is no quantity, information about the event.or tickets for that matter because apparently it is Will Call only. I was told to come back day of with my ID Credit Card and order number.

This is a ridiculous process. Presumably I’m going to have to wait in line the day of to get my tickets. I would have stayed to argue and get my money back but by the time it was over I just wanted to get out of there.

You should fix this as soon as possible. At the very least you should provide receipt with all of the relevant information that a ticket would give you, and the quantity of tickets purchased with a break down of ticket price taxes and fees.

All I know from the receipt I was given is the total amount of money I spent. I’d like to at least know what I’m buying if you’re not going to give me the tickets

This place is awesome! We had mild difficulty parking on back roads in Philly, but as soon as we turned the corner you could see the Fillmore, their comedy lounge, the upstairs nightclub, etc. It was like turning the corner in a gross section of Philly and finding a small neon oasis. Entering was quick and painless, despite their being 4 checkpoints; and the bar is right there when you enter. Drinks are overpriced, but that is to be expected at a venue. The only drawback is we bought a cheesesteak hoping it would be authentic for the location and it was kind of generic and slightly cold. The staff was amazing though, and friendly to our needs and questions. There are bars around every corner and plenty of drink options. Overall we were extremely pleased with our time spent there and the concert in general!

I was offered an opportunity to upgrade to VIP. When I paid for a party of five, I was told that we could take any table available to watch the show on the upper level. I paid for the upgrade and later a man approached me to ask if we had wrist bands in order to have a table. When I said no, all we have are the neck passes that were provided. We were told to leave the section.we needed wrist bands.

The situation was so embarrassing, so I asked for a manager. The two women that were standing near the entrance encouraged me to wait for a manager as they felt bad about the experience and also were confused about the upgrade. I waited and no one showed up. This is a nice venue to watch a show but watch out for the upgrades to VIP as it is a SCAM!
