The Fix Car Care Clinic, Philadelphia PA

Yesterday I called and they had me come in today at 11: 00 and they were too busy. I left because it was clear they had no idea who I was and definitely couldn't service the car. Another guy had dropped his car off first thing and at 11 he got a text saying, "may I help you" so he was there trying to figure out what was going on. They seem like they are really, really busy.

Had to get an inspection and a minor repair done. Great price, very communicative and quick service

Made an appointment day of for inspection. They were so nice as soon as I got there, felt like they took care of my car like their own. Will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this place! They are friendly, honest, and fair which is hard to find today! Oh, and they are fast. They don't make you wait and are usually done before they say they'll be done.

The Fix was absolutely fantastic! I called them at lunch and they were able to get my car in the same day to check out a noise. Turns out it was something minor and they didn’t even charge me. I will definitely be going back!

I called him over the phone to see if I can come to do a car inspection and I was in a rush they told me to come in and they will try their best to do it same day. And when I went in there they took me in right away and took care of it instantly I was in an out within 45 minutes the guys are really friendly and the prices are really good the cheapest price in the neighborhood for inspection

We love JR and his crew! He is honest, up front, and happy to explain any work that needs to get done to our vehicles. Both my husband and I take our cars there for major issues and regular services. This place is amazing. The owner really looks out for you and super friendly. Great customer service. He helped me out of multiple binds. I thought I was going to be spending around 1k TWICE! But went to The Fix and found out it was minor issues both times (tires and battery). He really looks out for the neighborhood. I’ve also got my breaks replaced here at a reasonable price. This is my go to mechanic shop.
