The Flats at Fox Hill Apartments

One of the worst place to rent for sure,
If you respect yourself you should never live in these apartments.

Would not recommend living here management is a mess and never solves problems they tried to say I didn’t pay my rent when I did I had to read the lease back to them to prove it. Applying for a room was terrible they make you jump through so many hoops and there is also “one more thing” to sign even when I ask them is this the last thing to sign. The only thing good about this place is that they keep the landscape clean and intact.

I highly recommend not living here. The place is a joke. My girlfriend and I have reported several complaints about my upstairs neighbors because they are very obnoxious. The family wakes up between 4: 30am and 5: 30am. I am constantly woken up by their unpleasant behaviors. The celling rumbles with vibrations from them exercising, running around, jumping, and whatever else they do. I can hear them throughout the entire day as well, which is very annoying since I am a college student and need peace to study. The disturbances violate the lease since "quiet hours, " are between 11pm-8am. The neighbors who lack human decency violate the contract that states "not to make any disturbing noises; and not to do anything that interferes with the neighbor. " Several reports have been filed to the leasing office and they told me "thats just apartment life, " and don't respond to further emails. They don't care how loud people are in the apartment, and you can be as loud as you want during any time. Nothing has been done to resolve this issue for months since we moved in. Please consider living somewhere else before this place. They don't care about you, they just want that lease signed to take your money.

I’ve been living here almost 3 months now and I absolutely love it here. Susan was amazing with giving me a tour, helping me find my place, getting me in when my previous lease ended, and answering any and all questions I have had.

Great apartment. Susan was very helpful as my husband and I looked for a place while we are building a new home. So glad we could get a short term lease to meet our needs.

Moved into Foxhill apartment about couple of weeks back. The move in was smooth. Susan from the Leasing Office was always spot on and looked in closely for effortless transition. Overall a good experience. Looking forward for having good time.

One of the best apartments I have had so far! Great location and friendly staff! Susan Garden was extremely helpful getting me into my new place, definitely recommend.

I just want to say check who’s coming to the pool because there’s a lot of people in that pool that are not even from here same thing happen last year it needs to get fixed there be a lot of people that are not from this apartments and it’s uncomfortable going

Lived here for a week before I realized I needed to move out (which I did). The leasing office is great, specifically Kazzandra, Megan and Jessica as well as maintenance.the residents not so much. Would never recommend living there but especially if you work from home, or want any kind of quietness ever, at least in building 4.never really clean and always smells like weed.

Leasing agent Kazzandra made the entire process super easy and smooth for me starting from the application to move in. I have been communicated on time as required with necessary information. Also very happy and satisfied with this community.

Kazzandra was so amazing to work with, very helpful and always communicates fast. Very nice neighbors in my building everyone says hi, me and my girlfriend love it. The worst thing is a lot of people don’t clean up after their dog unfortunately but that not the apartments fault.

Kazzandra was amazing to work with. She helped me in so many ways from being so kind to understanding what I was looking for. Fox Hill is perfect for me. The location being close to so many stores, the spacious buildings and I feel comfortable here already. Thank you Kazzandra!

Just recently moved in, Leasing Agent Kazzandra did a great job finding an apartment for me. She was helpful through out the process, answered questions when needed. Only problem for not giving five was because of when moving in, refrigerator didn’t work right, was warm (thought it needed a day to cold). So they removed it and changed to a temporary one. Bathroom was done in a rush (by contractors, I think). Otherwise everything seem good to go.

Kazzandra is so helpful, she Is quick to reply to emails, easy to talk to, she is very professional and also relatable.she goes above and beyond, she is genuinely a nice person. She has made moving in to the Flats very easy for my family. She needs to manage this place. I can’t even tell you half of what she has done for me. Me and my family has only been here a few days, the apartment is beautiful and very clean. It is so spacious, we are a family of four and we just moved out of a house, we needed plenty of storage and space and this place has it. I love that you can also have additional storage outside of your apartment for tools and etc.there is many positives about this place

Bad emergency contact. Is an emergency and has to be picked up no matter the time. Looks like the person at reception hang up every time the phone rings

The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one was because the leasing lady kazzandra is very helpful and nice. Now, as for the apartment, when I moved in the balcony door doesn’t shut all the way or lock, the bed room had paint missing, the bathroom had stains on the sink and was filthy with grime in the actual shower, And the kitchen counter has burn holes and is bubbling. All of this should have been addressed prior to move-in in my opinion. Once I made a maintenance inquiry, since I didn’t want anyone entering my apartment when I wasn’t home, they came and fix most of the problems and everything was fine until today. I got an email saying they entered my apartment to “fix the door” even though it was already fixed, again nobody was home so they had no reason to be in my apartment nor did they notify me until after they had already left. Lastly I called the oncall maintenance number since my water was running brown and still have not heard back from anybody. All and all I’m very disappointed and regret moving here

The apartments are absolute garbage for the price, they claim to have updated appliances but clearly they’re a few years old, there is next to no kitchen space or cabinet room, I moved in and could hear every little conversation through the walls, someone clearly punched plenty of holes in the walls previously, the floors have paint all over them from them trying to rush and finish the place before move in, fire alarms go off constantly, mail locker was broken and even left open a few times since move in and key cards are unreliable so have fun trying to get in on a Saturday or Sunday since offices are closed
