The Frame Factory & Gallery, State College PA

Had my wedding photos framed here and they did a fantastic job. I was very happy with the service and final product.

I was hoping to get something framed here, I actually had a lovely conversation with the person helping me. I was told my item would be ready in two weeks time which I was happy to wait for. The day before I was suppose to pick up my item, I got a call telling me the frame we picked was out of stock for another month. I know this isn’t any one’s fault, but I wish they would have told me the frame was out of stock a bit earlier. I understand things get busy and last minute things happen, but they could have been more proactive even if just checking if the frame was in stock; instead of waiting the day before to either look into it or to communicate this to me. Again, they have a wonderful staff and seem to do wonderful work, but timely communication and planning seems to be a growing edge.

The team at the Frame Factory does absolutely incredible work. Bill has a trained eye for color and always has lots of recommendations for which frame best suits the image. Regarding the final product, the craftsmanship is perfect. And of course, everyone on the staff is incredibly friendly. Never again will I get something framed at Michael's (or anywhere else for that matter).
