Uninformed clerk ignored the $25 Meal discount Another clerk showed her the QR code & how to apply discount She ignored her advice After she was given the QR code, then I showed the uninformed clerk my receipt and my credit card, she still did not apply the discount She insisted that I bring all the items back into the store I walked out (in the rain), got the 5 items from my car. She (the uninformed clerk) voided the items, rescanned the 5 items. Then she finally called a supervisor to help her with the transaction I informed the clerk that I'm not a new Fresh Market customer Finally, I asked her why did she insist that bring the items back into the store and why didn't she accept help by using the QR code offered She replied, "she didn't know. I apologize. " WOW Fresh Market. You are better than THIS unprofessional customer service

The Fresh Market store in Chestnut Hill, Pa.is such an enjoyable experience. Store employees are always willing to help. Especially, John, the coffee guy! He’s always very friendly, courteous, and kind. Always ready to help, with a smile. Thanks John!

I find everybody in the store is really nice except for people at the deli. They are very rude and lazy except for the guy who makes sushi he is a good worker I’ve had 2 incidents where there were no sandwiches out on the floor it was noon I asked if they can make a sandwich for me they told me they don’t do that. Then there was no mayo packets out on the floor so I asked the guy behind the counter if there is any mayo packets cause there was Anine on the floor and instead of going to get more to restock the basket he just tells me no and goes back to working. I had to bug him to grab jar of mayo from behind counter and put on my sandwich and he looked very annoyed.

This is the best grocery store in the area. It’s clean, well-decorated and has good quality food and nice staff. It’s higher end than the Acme, so more expensive, but also so much nicer.

They have the best sushi. Its fresh and delicious. They also have fresh fruits and vegetables. I love shopping at The Fresh Market.

Many of your employees on the QT will share their honest feelings about the Store's many problems and most are actively looking for other jobs. The prices are double any other stores and the quality is no better than average.

UPDATE:
I have avoided Fresh Market for the
last few months because in April when I was in any number of associates were not wearing masks. When I reported it to the manager he said "I can't refuse service. "
August 2 I stopped in. First thing I saw TWO WORKERS BEHIND THE DELI COUNTER WITHOUT MASKS.

SCARY! Stay away. Customers are required to wear masks - not as true for the workers. Deli worker was working with his mask down below his chin. A customer, who was coughing quite a bit, was allowed to use a kleenex to cover her mouth, cept it was only on her mouth when she wasn't reaching for something or moving her cart. I tried to contact the manager while in the store.decided to call from home and I have now been on hold for 30 minutes.
I did finally talk to the manager. He said it wasn't a law that you had to wear a mask and told me he would not refuse service to someone without a mask. I told him - he choose her over me - I will not be back.

Find another place to shop - they don't have much stock and what they do have sucks anyway.

I love Fresh Market! Everything looks inviting & I've never been disappointed in anything I have purchased here. (Try the risotto cakes!) The desserts are fantastic too. Additionally, the market is clean & the staff is friendly & helpful. I highly recommended The Fresh Market.

Kind of amazing but kind of awful, too. I'm hard pressed to clearly state what's wrong here, but something is. We love to go here and buy a while tenderloin our a prime rib at a great price though.

The Market was very clean and well laid out. Everything was fresh. Love their prepackaged dinners. Meat counter has very nice specials during the week. The chicken was delicious. I will be going back soon.

Limited selection in some categories, but what they do have is fresh/good. Pricing is not a good deal, but not crazy.

The variety of food is really good. They have an amazing Labor day meal deal. It's expensive here usually but they do have regular deals and the quality is aways top notch.

Cute store. A little tough finding stuff if you aren't familiar with it but the people there are very helpful and friendly.

You get what you pay for and it's worth every. Red. Cent. Vegan from out of town here- your produce is the best I've come along in years! Cashiers aren't miserable, mumble zombies and everyone is helpful. I absolutely love this place.

Love this grocery store. They have many gluten free items, which are clearly marked. The quality of the items is on par with whole foods.

Fresh market is my preferred grocer in the area because they have always have great produce and also have great brands and ingredients for healthy AND delicious cooking. Their butchery and Seafood departments offer variety and quality well above all the standard chains. They also maintain a neighborhood vibe in all of the locations that I’ve shopped at.

I truly enjoy this store. Lately Whole Foods has turned into a Whole Foods only brand store with over priced everything else. I feel as though Fresh Market makes up for how Whole Foods has changed. They have different items, healthy and fresh choices.

Convenient location. Excellent quality of food. Love their nut breads. Great sale in the meat department on Tuesday!

A nice upscale grocery. Good selection of high quality prepared foods. Salad bar is good. Store is attractive and well merchandised. Expensive.
