The Gardens for Memory Care at Easton is an Alzheimer's and Dementia facility that provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals living with these conditions. The facility is designed to meet the personalized needs of each individual in a safe, secure and comfortable setting that is monitored closely and managed by trained professionals. The goal at the Gardens for Memory Care at Easton is to ensure a high quality of life for all of our residents living here. The staff takes pride in their jobs, and most have been with our company for more than 15yrs and if you do not know, continuity of care is extremely important when taking care of a resident with Alzheimer's/Dementia. I, personally, have worked in the healthcare field for over 20yrs and have seen my share of facilities and I am PROUD to say I am part of the team here at Memory Care.

This is an exceptional team at Memory Care! They have heartfelt ️ compassion for the residents and their families which is evidenced daily from all departments. I thank them for the time to learn and serve with them these past several weeks. I would entrust my loved ones with their care.

I chose this place due to insurance cvg.and reviews (which was a horrible mistake.) There was so much miscommunication, no updates besides when my mom fell and very unorganized. 4 ppl to a room (after be told 2.) Old food served as well as not what her slip would state she was getting. I do understand when a place is short staffed as well as certain COVID restrictions but this was all unacceptable. Place was dirty and smelled. Lack of compassion and care! Before my mom ended up back in the hospital, I finally decided to tell the director so hopefully it makes a difference.

It is evident to me everyday that the staff at this facility put their hearts and souls into their job. The kindness and caring they show the people living here warms my heart. They should all take great pride in the genuine, heartfelt care they provide everyday.

The Garden for Memory Care At Easton is a awesome place. I came from San Antonio Texas last year to visit my sister. The staff is amazing they takes good care of my sister. The building is very clean, staff was alway available to answer any questions I had. My sister room was very clean, most of all she was very clean. If you have a family in need of care, I highly recommend The Garden for Memory Care At Easton.

The Gardens is a warm, compassionate and welcoming new home for our loved ones. The nursing and entire staff care so deeply for each and everyone of their residents, keeping them clean and active daily. The facility is always clean, safe and secure. I never worried for my husband care or safety. The entire staff are always available and willing to talk with the family and answer any questions. I deeply recommend The Gardens for anyone in need of this special care.

I would like to thank all of the staff at the Garden for memory care at Easton, the Director of nursing and all of her staff who give excellent care and show much love, Stacy third-floor charge nurse and all the CNA’S that work with her, activity, Business office, social worker, maintenance, and the, kitchen staff no matter where you go in the building you are received with a smile and whatever your needs are they will go out of their way to help you, I think the entire staff for the good care that they give to my sister Nancy and the love they show continuously. This is definitely a place to end up when there is no where else to go. My father was put here. It is safe and clean. It is effectively a geriatric warehouse for people who have nothing. The nurses seem nice. The Hospital social worker pushed for this to be the place, and no one else could take him. It is a sad place.
