I have been going here for haircuts for a few months now and twice during that time the business has canceled my appointment a few hours before it was set to start. The first time I understood because mistakes happen but now it's beginning to become a trend and I wonder how many other customers this is happening to.

The woman that cut my hair, Suzanne C was slurring her words during my haircut raising suspicions about if she was even sober. She started off by telling me whoever cut my hair last did a bad job, and then went on to do it even worse. To try to make it look better she used more product than I have ever seen anyone use. I'm sure the other hair stylists are better, because if not this place wouldn't be in business, so I would recommend staying away from Suzanne C, or you will regret it greatly.

Katelyn cut my hair and she did an excellent job! Highly recommend this salon to anybody looking to get a pleasant haircut experience.

I came here with hopes of just getting a simple shape up and in return, I left with a completely butchered haircut. I used a picture of reference of stating that I don’t want any hair cut on top and the barber I was assigned with cut my hair so short that it’s a buzz cut now all around my sides. Don’t recommend this place to anyone who wants a good haircut, especially college students.

One of the best haircuts I've had! Heard from a friend about this place and decided to give it a try. Suzanne is wonderful!

They have really good stylists who are patient and will explain possible styles for you to try and then will remember you next time to see how it went and provide input based on that. The heated towels they use when washing your hair are so relaxing also.

Always a pleasant experience here. They give free quarters so u don’t have to worry about parking. Nice cut and hair wash from Suzanne. It’s my go to place for a hair cut in SC. Can also get a nice coffee after at Sowers harvest cafe!

If you want good service this isn’t the place for you. Showed up 5 minutes late for an appointment. They said sorry we can’t fit you into our schedule, I’ve been a customer there for a couple years and the service hasn’t changed. There’s always 2 people working and seemingly never in a good attitude.

I have had my haircut by Kiarra multiple times since I moved here in January and I have been thoroughly satisfied with both the service and the haircut each time. First time I went I didn't realize it was by appointment only, however someone had canceled right before I arrived.

Couple things to note, the parking out front is very limited and very tight, be wary arriving in a large vehicle. There are meters for parking, but the salon offers quarters so you don't have to remember yourself each time.

Masks are required, hand sanitizer and water are provided, and getting your hair washed is provided with the cut, unlike many other places (Sportsclips).

Scheduling an appointment is super easy and only takes a minute through their website. As someone who hates making phone calls, this is very much appreciated.
