The Grey Stone Fine Food and Spirits, Newtown PA

We were here for our anniversary and was served by Donna. We could not have asked for a better waitress. She was amazing. Great food and great service.

A very rare gem - this restaurant is meticulously maintained by its ownership; well-appointed; charmingly decorated with care and attention to detail. The food is good quality with a nice variety to the menu, and the service is warm and friendly. This kind of place is exactly what we need and these types of well run places are quickly disappearing, sadly.

Went on Sunday evening for a small birthday dinner for 4 people.the restaurant was SO accommodating, we ate outside which had a beautiful atmosphere with lights and a cozy firepit to keep us warm. Rose was the BEST SERVER EVER, she was so warm and welcoming! Rose gave us great recommendations and never rushed our party even as we stayed past the 8pm closing time.every single cocktail/mocktail, appetizer, and entrée we had was delicious and filling! First time dining at Grey Stone, but it definitely won't be the last.thank you to the entire staff for making our birthday celebration special!

Just got back home from “dinner” (we got there at 4: 30 lol) From the minute we walked in, the staff and the ambiance were excellent. From a very interesting bottle of wine, to the espresso at the end of the meal, food and service was excellent.

This was our first time. It was nicely decorated and the atmosphere was pleasant. Unfortunately we were waiting for a dry evening to sit outside but our anniversary weekend was thwarted by a storm system.lol We went anyway and sat inside. They have a small'ish menu but our meals were good. Donna our server was really pleasant and talked a bit with us while we were finishing our dessert and coffee. We'd visit again.but we'll wait until we can sit outside. Outside looks gorgeous!

Love this place. Food is great and the atmosphere is awesome. Always a pleasant experience. It’s our go to place now

We were celebrating our anniversary today and booked Grey Stone for dinner. It was fantastic from start to finish. Our server was Donna and she was great! Very welcoming and professional. Our meal was superb and we ate every bit of it. If you are looking for a nice night out or are celebrating a special occasion I would highly recommend this place. Ask for Donna! You will not regret it!

This place is phenomenal. The food, atmosphere, and wait staff (Donna is excellent!) are superb. The crab cakes are the best I've ever had and we look forward to returning. Thank You Greystone!

Sat out back for lunch, at first thought the music was a bit loud but after a drink (or two) everything seemed just right. We had the salmon burger and fig burger and they were both fabulous. The beers were cold and poured right to the top. Service was Diana and she was just a smiling ray of sunshine! Will go back for sure, what an amazing atmosphere!

We are serious there were 5 of us and we all enjoyed the foods. Excellent tasting, desserts are home made, indoors and outdoors dining on those nice weather days, and the place is beautifully layed out.

Sar in the beautiful back patio. Flowers are so beautifully taken care of by the owners mother. It was a very pleasant experience.

We had an amazing time at Grey Stone! The food and drinks were delicious, the staff was so friendly and each area of the restaurant was more beautiful than the next. The outdoor area is gorgeous as well. We started with drinks and the fried goat cheese and calamari. We had the short rib entree, the fig jam burger, and the prime cheesesteak for our entrees. Everything was amazing!

Update. The Manager called us the next day and was very nice and apologized for the seating. We did enjoy the food and hope to get back there soon

When you make a reservation and say it is your wife's birthday make sure you seat them next to the kitchen door and have the toddlers in the 4 tip next to them. Perhaps have more responsible people working the hostess position

My fiancé and I brought my family here for dinner when visiting. The space inside is decorated beautifully and there is a ton more seating outside. We will have to go back to just dine outside for the different ambience. All of the food was amazing. We couldn't decide between some apps, so we went with a few and split them, which was definitely the right decision. Same went for the drinks. The staff was fantastic. Had some great conversation with Jen and the owner even stopped by to check in. Overall, will be back.

I love grey stone! Anyways great food and great service. We were here on this occasion for a wedding welcome party so we didn't eat but every time we're here is awesome!
