Very unprofessional business! Front desk receptionist is very rude & racist! I nicely asked her if she could start giving me a better time frame when it comes to picking my pet up instead of calling my phone 10 minutes before they close and telling me to rush to get him. (They suppose to close at 3 but always change the time to whenever they feel like it). She replied back so rudely & then proceed to throw my change on the counter when I handled her the money directly in her hand. & when I responded to her action she replied “oh well”. I will never spend my money at this place ever again! The way they treat their customers speaks about the type of business they’re running. Owner needs to get rid of that front desk receptionist or she will miss out on a lot of returning customers

My dog isn’t great with grooming at all & my schedule doesn’t always line up with my specific groomer’s availability but when I am able to take my girl to see Rachel she always cuts her exactly how I ask & she comes home with a cute bow or bandana. Love this place.

Took my dog for a haircut they lost his leash saying he didn’t have one later on a lady calls saying it’s on her dog also messed my dogs haircut bad

Bella first time. She was matted so they cut her low to start to process over. Groomer was amazing with Bella, she can be a handful. Very pleased.

Been taking my cat here for 2 years. He had an appointment today to get a cut and a few clumps removed from his fur. The staff was specifically told to NOT shave him. Pick him up and he’s completely shaved. Apparently they couldn’t get rid of the clumps without shaving him BUT they never called me or my boyfriend to ask permission to shave him. My cat is absolutely traumatized.

Everyone turned Panther and i down or sent us to Jenkintown or Admore or requested appointments in September Panther is Able to see the Groomer next Saturday at 830AM and he is looking forward to meeting his new friends

I'm very happy I was able to get my fur baby cut! I was super nervous when I first went there, and I thought everything was okay, but there was some miscommunication with the person I originally met. After we went back and discussed in detail what I wanted, it was smooth sailing. I definitely recommend taking your fur babies here! I shared some before and after pictures below!

I’ve been taking my cats to the Groomin Room for lion’s cuts for 25 years and Michelle and her staff are awesome. They’re so kind and caring with my furry kids, which means a lot to me, especially since one of my cats is vision impaired and requires a gentle touch. Both cats always feel like a million bucks after a haircut and they get lots of compliments on how stylish they look. If you want top notch grooming at reasonable prices, then visit the Groomin Room!

The staff here are very rude and strict I had to find another groomer scared to leave my baby there

Everyone is very nice and my pixie loves going there to get her hairdone always clean and there's always available schedules I won't take my baby nowhere else. I highly recommend them.

Will is the best here! He comes in on his day off to bathe and pamper my husky. All the staff is very friendly. I would never take my boy anywhere else but here.

So I’ve taken my 23lb Yorkiepoo to this groomer about 3-4 times. Where i understand things happen it’s up to the groomer to communicate that when you pick up your dog. I picked up my dog and could t figure out why he kept licking his paws.at first i thought maybe his paw pads were irritated by the clippers.then i took another look and it looks like they attempted to cut to low on his nails and just didn’t finish cutting his front paws because one of the nails now looks damaged. Of course now i have to get my dog to leave it alone for at least 2 weeks so it can grow out while keeping it wrapped in gauze. Not only did they not tell me they couldn’t finish clipping his nails but they said nothing about the incident. For that reason i will resort back to driving 45 minutes into jersey to a groomer that is trust worthy because this headache is not worth it. Oh they still charged full price because like i said they said nothing. It was the short older blonde lady that groomed my Yorkiepoo. This is not a groomer i would recommend because they are not to be trusted. I will not call in to talk to the groomer about this situation because I just can’t trust them. Please take warned if you want a quick groomer that is going to do what it takes to get your dog out the door.go to the location on Frankford Ave if you want a groomer that cares about your dogs well-being and safety find another groomer!

We recently had a very unsatisfactory experience with these groomers, who we had been coming to and giving our service for over a year. We took our cat there for her 10 AM appt. When we got there we asked for the same service she got last time and they told me it would take 1-1.5 hours. After returning over 2 hours later to check on her, my cat was in her carrier in the same spot I left her still terrified because she hadn’t been addressed for hours. She was finally ready over 3 hours later and we never even received a phone call she was done as the groomers had promised. Once we saw her, we saw the terrible job the groomer had done as our cat was cut shorter than she had ever been and was not brushed at all and did not seem like they had taken care of her at all. Then for the first time since we started taking our cat to groomers (over 2 years) we heard from the groomer that our cat was being aggressive and showing her annoyance. Obviously she was a little annoyed! They had completely disregarded our morning appt and left her in an untidy grooming room with other scared animals for over 3 hours. The fact they had the nerve to complain and not even consider apologizing shows the type of people in there. I highly do not recommend bringing your cat there, or any pet for that matter, if you want a good grooming experience. The receptionist in particular seemed lost/not reliable. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I bring my two cats here today for a bath. They are so nice and patient to both of my cats. They did a great great job, the shampoo smells so good and they’ve put cute bandana for my cats, is so sweet! I definitely will come back in the future.

So highly impressed with every aspect of my experience here. My boy is a rescue who is highly under socialized. I did not know how he was going to act. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist heard my concerns, offered a time and day where it was less busy. The staff were so friendly and understanding of my very anxious dog (and me too for that matter). They let me stay on premises and even took videos of my dog when he was in the back getting bathed. I was able to watch how simply wonderful the technician was with my little boy. She was so patient and kind. She took everything in stride. He's never been exposed to so many different and new sounds and smells. Whenever he got a little too spooked, she immediately stopped to calm him and then did what she had to do to get the grooming done. He looks amazing. He smells wonderful. I could not be any more pleased.

I would never use Grooming Room again they groomed my dog n their equipment isn't clean plus the shaved my sheltie n u don't shave sheltie (their hair doesn't grow back right) so in addition to their equipment not being cleaned off and sterile my dog developed mange n we just put her down it got so bad in a very short time. We just thought she was scratching cause the hair she had shaved was growing back nope not the case she was just about hairless when we put her down. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well

Very busy but always nice and helpful! They do take care of cats which isn’t always the case at pet groomers and the service was fairly quick. They sent my little man home with the cutest necktie for the holidays too! I felt like his coat could’ve been combed through a bit better which is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.
