Wonderful facility to place a loved one who is needing services. Dedicated staff members, caring and helpful always. I would highly recommend Grove New Castle for either short term rehab or long term care.
I worked there Gabby was great so was Kelli but housekeeping supervisor is very disrespectful along with the DON which was her daughter. Needs a lot to of work as far as environmental and there skills with the residents.
Everyone at the Grove had helped me above and beyond. They were instrumental to my recovery, I had wished I could have been there longer but my insurance would not cover me staying any longer. I had wished I would have been there another four weeks. Not one person there treated me less than above board. The wound nurse had healed my wound in two weeks that I couldn’t get healed in over six months. Darlene, all the other nurses, pt, ot, and the aids were awesome. The administration was also excellent. I do not like being in a nursing home, but that is where I would like to go to if I had to be in extended care. Thank you all at The Grove at New Castle, you’re the best.
Loved the great care and becoming friends with everyone, God bless mickey, I'm try to get a ride down hope it soon felt cared for while there. Bless you all
