Lauren is the greatest. You will not be disappointed. She listens to all your concerns. Its a beautiful comfortable atmosphere. Lauren is the best! Friendly people working there and her hearing test was the best. She also takes the time to go over everything you need to know about your hearing aids as well as pairing them to your phone. I took my mom to her for years and now it's my turn.

I was comfortable from the moment I walked through the door and being warmly greeted by Theresa. Lauren couldn't have been nicer while explaining the extent of my hearing loss. She wasn't in a rush, but took all the time I needed to practice putting the aids in and taking them out. I highly recommend The Hearing Place)!

HP did a wonderful job cleaning my hearing aids after the COVID pause. The only thing missing from devices looking brand new was the fabled "New Car Smell. "

Drove an hour yesterday to get my ears cleaned with the amazing Earigator machine they have. Had been intermittently losing hearing in my right ear for months, and it kind of felt like something was squishing around in there. Lauren was extremely nice and helpful. The cleaning was quick, painless, and extremely affordable. Now my hearing has improved drastically. Its not that anything sounds louder, but just much clearer and more detailed. Can really tell when talking on the phone, or listening to birds sing. If you feel like you need a professional ear cleaning, or to have your hearing checked, I strongly recommend calling these nice folks up. It was very much worth the hour drive for me, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. I want to thank them for providing such an amazing service to the public.
