Range is great. RSOs are friendly and do a good job enforcing safety rules. Ammo prices were about average. Would recommend to friends.

I have had a fantastic experience every single time I've been here, from classes to range time. Their prices are lower than competitors I have explored, and the desk staff is always super knowledgeable. The range officers here are extremely encouraging and very engaged; they will help you level up and want to see you succeed. I have had fantastic experiences every time, and everyone I have brought with me asks for an invite next time!

I will keep my remarks towards the counter staff bc of their unprofessionalism, I never made it to the back. They were very inattentive and dismissive. I felt they were racist. In this day and age I hope I am wrong.

Part of a bachelor party that booked range time. I had an absolute blast. Very clean and neat shop. Range officer Luis showed us the ropes and was not only professional but very friendly as well. Overall an extremely enjoyable experience.

Always a great experience here, hadn't been to a LGS since I lived in Tennessee and it is a great place - air conditioned, lots of guns & ammo, very clean, and good staff.

I always go near opening so more than enough folks at the gun, range & ammo counters. Knowledgeable folks over there with a good sense of humor.

Not sure what is up with the negative reviews - dont go be a moron or a snowflake at a gunstore is all I can say. Sure, prices are a bit high for a few pieces and the on-hand suppressor selections arent the greatest but damn, some of the takes are just weird.

Hadn't shot since before 2021. Rented a lane with my sister to get a feel for my gun again. Found my grouping in no time. I must say, Charles the range officer was extremely helpful and nice getting my sister's sight and stance right. Well worth the price and confirmed for as a great place to rent a lane. Nice staff overall.

Just had the greatest experience at this place. Idk why there are any bad reviews. It was super easy to go through the rental process and ever single staff member was helpful. No issues here. Chris was the range operator and he was the best part about this whole experience. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll be back

Been going here for a long time and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful to answer any questions. They have a decent selection and could always order something if you don't see it.

Poorly managed. It is a visually appealing range and store, but they don’t have enough staff to actually run the range.

Had previously called to book a range time and rentals of machine guns. Was told to come in on a specific day.

Showed up and they told us that they didn't have the staff available. I traveled a long way to try and spend money there, but they didn’t have the management skills to deliver.

Way to go, next year ill go to battlefield vegas or Roll Call in Scranton instead.

Safe and very well run facility with a wide variety of weapons. I have taken three off my daughters there to learn the essentials of gun safety and self defense.

I’ll preface this by saying I’m a regular here and come quite frequently. However that being said, the Range Safety Officers are awesome. They are very dedicated to making sure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable range experience. They have a great knowledge of firearms and how to handle them proficiently and have no problem teaching you as much as you’d like to know. I also highly recommend the tactical range for those who are looking to get more proficient with more high level firearms handling, like drawing from the holster and shooting quicker. The caveat is that you must take a qualification to allow you to use the tactical range, but it is a one time certification and is well worth it. If you’re looking to reserve range time, the best course is to do it 24hrs in advance, or 48 hours in advance if looking to do something on the weekends in a large group, or wanting to do something that requires individual attention like a machine gun rental or a private lesson. The sales people are great, the pricing on their firearms is always competitive and the selection is great. I’ve purchased 2 firearms from them and the process was very easy and quick, especially given I live in PA. They can also work with you if you live in NJ, just call them for more info on that. I also carry a membership there that can give you free range time, and either one or three free rentals per range visit, depending on the tier and monthly fee you choose as a member. All in all the best place around for firearms, training, ammo, and gun rentals.

Took my daughter for her archery lesson. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Mel was a great instructor! He was easy going, friendly, patient and knowledgeable! Thank you for making my daughter's experience a good one.we are definitely continuing her lessons here at The Heritage Guild!

Wow.we just came from here and I can't express how much both my husband I appreciate all the helpful information during our try and buy time. The range safety officers were so informative and exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much!

Dont let the cleanliness and organization of the store fool you, place is very expensive and staff can be unprofessional. One young salesman was arrogant and rude when i tried to return a brand new magazine i just purchased a day before and denied the return just because i didn't have a valid reason according to him. I told him i found it next door for $15 cheaper and they didn't want to give me my money back, Receipt and all. My suggestion is to check at 507 outfitters right behind the heritage guild for what you are looking for, staff is super nice and helpful over there and prices are better. Also You will wait on line forever some days because there will only be one register. This is several experiences over the years.

Polite and knowledgeable staff with a wide selection of firearm rentals and purchases. Background checks are relatively quick depending on your state/NICS database records and staff on hand. They had a pretty impressive tactical range for more advanced enthusiasts, although I’m not sure if it’s still operational. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend for high powered rifles, unless zeroing for CQ engagements, but range is ideal for handgun and shotgun home defense/preparing for qualifications. If you have questions regarding standard protocol, range officers are always on hand to assist you.

Clearly says on website to arrive 1hr 15 min early which would be 4: 45.arrived at 4: 35 after driving an hour and they would not let me shoot and said I would have had to been there by 4: 30

The range staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
They treat me with the most respect when I go there I feel like I'm family very professional staff.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Range was well watched / maintained. Price was decent.
