Great home improvement store and the employees are knowledgeable. The parking lot is one of the many dispicable feats of engineering design in this city.so this is the reason I take away a star because I get stressed out every time I pull in.

Employees are friendly and helpful! Had exactly what we were looking for! Flowers! No other place seems to have any that are alive other than mum's.

This was the worst store experience I have ever encountered from a retail chain. I was greeted very rudely from the start and made to feel like an inconvenience. After we were approached and diverted to the back by a rude male associate at customer service, a younger gentleman took over and was very helpful in light of the circumstances. However, the store admitted to mis-marking the item (shed) that we were interested in. They mis-marked the availability of delivery and assembly. The manager was never available in the 45 minute timeframe we ended be being there. One of the employees (who was not involved in the original transaction) involved herself and was even more rude than expected. She made the comment that I wouldn’t be able to afford the expenses of getting a shed assembled. She interfered with the two younger associates who were nice enough to try to resolve the situation. She was obnoxious and pushed the final straw to where I didn’t want to proceed with any sale. However, they were not able to resolve the issue. In the end I purchased a nicer shed from their competition - Lowes. Lowes actually delivers and assembles sheds. Overall, Home Depot lost over $1,500.00 in sales from their unfortunate mismanagement and unprofessionalism.

I had been at Lowe's to look at sliding glass doors for a home project. Waited 20 minutes and no help, even after approaching an employee in another dept to page for help. Another customer and I both have punched the help button. I left, went to Home Depot, within 3 minutes of being the store, one employee asked if I needed help, I said yes in the sliding glass doors. He had Heather help me. She answered my questions, showed different selections, provided pricing and literature. She set up a free visit to have the door measured. Lowe's just lost a 20+ year customer. Home Depot is customer friendly.

Horrible, very unprofessional employees, mismarked prices and no management around 2 assist customer service! Will shop elsewhere! 45 mins wasted time! Went 2 lowes 4 cheaper prices and more knowledgeable staff!

I always fine what I need at a decent price. And the people that help you are always so nice, they also give you tips and great suggestions for new DIY people like me!

I found what I needed quickly and, although I wanted a different handle and bought one, I saved $11.00 over another store.

Apparently homedepot can’t afford cashiers anymore.it’s all self checkout and only 1 cashier working about 6 self checkouts so if you have a problem or want something you’ll wait.poor customer service will start shopping Lowe’s more often

Home Depot sells pet supplies. Wait. They don't like pets. You can't take yours there. Home Depot, stop selling to customers you don't appreciate! Home Depot Altoona PA

The associates on the floor are very helpful & Courteous and go out of there way to help customers find the items that, whoever's in charge of storing merchandise, decides to randomly stash extra stock in random places that no one else that works in the store can find.

I was looking for a push mower and they didn't have one in the store. They had like 100 tractors and 50 0-turn but not one push mower.

Self check-out suck only one that worked correctly and workers walking around not knowing how to fix the issues with them. Left my merchandise and went to Lowe's. The other registers with employees were super busy with at least 10 people waiting in line. Poor poor customer service at registers.

I like going there because I can know where to find my items. The staff are nice and helpful. The prices are decent. I haven't had to shop for big items for the house so I don't know if they're competitive.

They had the one item I was looking for. I was a little disappointed that as I wondered through the aisles trying to find it not one employee asked if I needed help.

Not pleased with Klein Laser level. Right out of the box vertical function will not work. Not surprised. Just another piece of over priced no quality Chinese junk.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and personable. We were look for a washer and she sold me just what i needed.

They need checkouts at both ends of the building. The checkouts are at one end. At the other end is the returns. I'm handicapped, it seems that I always need something at that end of the building. I know they will check me out at the Return counter but, they always give me the 2nd degree. At least you could have a self service checkout there!

If you check prices Home Depot actually has better prices and Lowe's on their Lumber and one nice thing I really like is or not hectic you go in and get your stuff and get out

Store layout sucks and the employees were not helpful when I visited. Decided to go to Lowe's where the employees are more helpful and prices are lower for the same thing.

This place is great I go here for all my home improvement needs bathroom kitchen outdoors any room in the house they have what you need if you go here looking for an and cant find it your not looking hard enough and the people here are very courteous you need help theres always someone just around the corner to help you with what ever you need and half the time the prices here beat lowes
