There was a guy named tim there that helped me in tools and accessories.he was so informational and pleasant towards me. I always feel this way when i shop there.again, thanks tim

I usually don't have a bad experience here but today the man who worked in flooring was extremely rude and unhelpful. We wanted to pay in full to get a carpet installation done he sat there not offering help and when we asked he said what do you want and then gave us no help whatsoever. He acted as if we were bothering him had an attitude the entire visit. Completely turned me off to shopping there at all will be going to lowes from now on

This store has a great location easy to find a easy to get in and out. The garden center was well stopped. When the employees were very friendly

For my Eagle Scout project, they gave me a very generous discount on lumber. Definitely worth buying from!

Of the three stores in Harrisburg area this is the worst. The kitchen design team is lack luster. I have gone in to order quartz tops and been told to come back another time because person at desk was unfamiliar with product and the associate who was was in break room. Lost my business there!

Very well organized and special discounts going on at all times. Today I saw a small Ryobi tool camp with discounted prices. The staff has always been friendly and provided good suggestions and beneficial DIY tips.

I love Home Depot so much better than Lowe's as far as selections Go and you just can't beat their tool selection Thank You Home Depot for giving me the items that I need to put another $500 in my bank account today

Tim Porter in hardware was a huge help to me today. Good advice and provided me with the hardware I needed to resolve my unique challenge.

After being ignored even after a request for customer service had gone out and vI asked 2 employees for help, the.gentleman from another area who had initially paged for someone came back, apologized, and assisted me with heavy bags, loaded them in my car and got me on my way. If it had not been for his responsiveness, I don't think I ever would have returned to Home Depot. I wish I had gotten his name.

I like the store but was hard to find the things I was looking for and the man that finally did help me must hate his job.he was very grumpy

I appreciated the helpful greeter who pointed me in the right direction from the moment I walked in the door, but the only checkout option was a you scan without the pricing gun which is tricky with larger items. Also the card readers are notoriously fickle in accepting chip cards.

Essentially the same as Lowes. If one doesn't have something you need, check the other. Hasn't failed me yet.

Great deals on the Ryobi tools sold here. Everything home related you might need, and cheaper than the other big box store competition.

Good selection, decent prices. Integration with their app/website to see what's in stock and/or order for pickup is a plus. Ordering online not so much. Too much emphasis on self checkout, typically not enough regular checkouts open. Online shipping is too expensive and/or slow. If it's not in the store to pick up, you can typically find faster/cheaper online options.

Windows and Doors manager as well as the store manager NEVER called me. I have been to the store many times and told the dept. Mgr will call me. I spoke to the asst. Mgr and told I have to call back the next day to speak to the Mgr and when I called the next day the Mgr was not in. Tired of the run around treatment. WILL NEVER shop at Home Depot.

I have been back here several times for lumber needs and have been able to get the right sizes AND board cuts that I have needed.

Staff always helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We have spent countless hours here renovating every section of our house. Never disappointed.

They have a great return policy, their employees are helpful and they pretty much always have what I need. If there was a negative, it's that their house plants don't get much love. I wouldn't buy them.
