Just wanted to say "thank you" to the hard working & knowledgeable young lady with blonde hair & nice accent, Natalie, in the cleaning solutions/insect sprays, lawnmowers & gardening area of the Andalusia HD who was so helpful to me & other customers waiting to talk with her. People like her make your store one of the best & worth coming back to. - SR, NE Phila.
I wish I could say my experience was good. I rented a skidstear for some yard work and was met with headach after headache first it was if you don't go to home depot to present you depot card they won't rent to you. Then after driving to location was told vehicles I was using was not capable of towing the machine I needed (mind you i have 2008 Toyota tundra which is rated for towing 10000 lbs) and last but not least machine breaks down, call for service no response from service get nothing done but destroy my yard. So no experience sucked
next rental I'm going to someone professional.

This home Depot has some of the best people working here. They are awesome and always willing to help in any way possible, especially on the customer service side.
No live cashiers were on duty when I was ready to check out, only self-checkout lanes and the customer-service desk. That didn't matter to me, but those who didn't have credit cards had to wait on a long line at customer service to pay. Seemed a little inconvenient to me.
They attempted to charge me extra for an item. Had a pic and the register clerk Chris disregarded my attempts to help rectify and instead the clerk called a security code 35 to have me taken out of of the store. Reported this to the store mgr immediately. WTH?

Went to buy handles for my new cabinets.they have many to choose from.at first the ones I wanted they didn't have enough.but as I was looking a little down the way I found them in a bag.there are 4 in a pack so I'm very happy they had them.my cabinets look beautiful.and the cashier was very friendly.as well as other workers.
