The Home Depot reviews
13It didn't have what i was looking for so i was a little disappointed Everything is not in stock all over the country.
I come to buy supplies and they never have any carts but plenty just filled sitting in the middle of isles that sit there for days customer service is horrible
Bad experience at Home Depot on Aramingo AvenueNo shopping carts 45 minutes for helpNeeds better managementRunning the store it s a mess
Truly sad when the homeless have seriously taken ALL the shopping carts! Your there looking like how am I going to go around the store with with these ceramics tiles! Leave go to another stores.
Only had to return something and pick up something it was easy but one thing I dont like the worker at the return register was on the phone while I'm waiting inline to be called up to do my return finally they looked up n seen me
I just wanted to say the location on Castor Ave has a very knowledgeable employee named Big Ed.my husband and I were looking for plumbing supplies and he was very helpful and knew exactly where to find what we were looking for! Not to mention this store is very clean and organized.unlike the Lowe's that has alot of empty bags of plumbing supplies, like shark bite products!
I like going to get material but they need more staff at the floor to help customers. I'll definitely go back to buy. Thank you!
Today there was a lot of people. Need more people to work in the electrical because I was waiting for nearly a hr
Nice place to go when you have to go back to the store 300 times to finish one project. Way better than the nearby Lowes for sure. The wood cutting department is awesome.
Main gripe is that the stockers seem to have major issues getting the product in the right spot. You get to the register and (not an exaggeration) half the stuff is a different price. Yeah, I know. "front like workers are stressed out". Not having that. I've worked plenty of stocking jobs. It's not hard to put a box away in the right spot or fix an issue you see when walking by. It's definitely not OK for the cashiers to get attitudes with you when you ask what the deal is with the prices. I'm not going to not say something when an item rings up twice what is marked on the shelf as just because you're trying to go on break. I get it, it's annoying, but as an extension of the company, the cashier should at least try to not act like you slapped her grandma over a price check. I would have brushed it off the first time this happened but after the second time and then the woman in costumer service another visit when I needed to return a broken item acted the same way I kind of realized it was a problem. Maybe management needs to get on raises or a Jelly-of-the-Month club situation to boost morale.
So yeah.double check that the UPC and shelf price match the item you're trying to buy. Saves a hassle later and worth the time.
I had such a great experience today at Home Depot on Castor Avenue we were there around 5pm my son and I today and we shop for a bathroom cabinet sink. BIG thanks to Nikko who was so knowledgeable, informative and helpful in all we needed. A lot of times coming from work and having to look for and find out information about things with other employees at other locations can be a bad experience we give Nikko 100 thumbs up and pray for more employees like him he was extremely helpful THANK YOU so much Nikko
I love it when they have paint on sale where somebody mixes paint and if they don't like it they throw it on the sale rack for $2 awesome bought some very good expensive paint for great prices but compared to lose I feel like their prices or more better
Wow this is by far the most unorganized managed home depot that I have seen and the parking lot is a friggin total mess with trash everywhere
Although it looks more like a warehouse than like a store, you cannot beat home Depot at least in terms of prices. The quality of service like availability of help when you are looking for something is not as good as it used to be. If you don't know what you are looking for and where to find it, good luck. They should really manage the status of their inventory, sometimes items listed on the website aren't actually there. Barring these factors they are the best.
