The Home Depot, Downingtown PA

Very pleased with the service! I needed help finding some chainsaw blades last night and found what I was looking for. Thanks Richie in lawn and garden!

I bought garden supplies. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff even though they didn't quite have what I needed. I'll go back for more supplies. They have plenty of beautiful Spring plants, flowers and trees.

I have had many visits to this Home Depot over the past Month. On 5/9/23 I had associate that I had asked about a grass seeding issue, actually got the Scott's rep on phone (talk about above and beyond).
A week later, I could not find a product and since associate was not sure if Asile 50 or 51, he stopped what he was doing (taking some stuff to Garden Center) and walked me right to the item. Then today (6/7/23), I was there twice and woman at self checkout extremely helpful when item would not scan, and prior to that associate asked if I had question on a product and was very helpful.
Lastly, I stopped in late afternoon to get a replacement blind bought there10 years ago for my sister's house.
He did a through search and got me options to get back to my sisiter as that product not available.
The best part was his sense of humor!
I frequent Frazer and West Sadsbury HD, but this one has been the BEST!

I grew up around the Downingtown area and this has been my go to closer to home “Homedepot” but today felt different racially profiling is evil especially from your own never thought I would expect this from this random girl in the front acting like she owns the depot! Relax ma’am don’t bring your bad energy around others leave that at the door before you clock in! Whatever your name is with the braids? Fake braids? ‍️?

Extremely disappointed in this hone depot…We went to returns and the woman denied our returns and didn’t even give us a reason why…Do better…LOWES ONLY FROM NOW ON

What can I say about Home Depot. If they don’t have it…. It doesn’t exist, lol. I’ve never had an issue I couldn’t solve with a visit to my local Home Depot. And I will add, I have a lot of extremely weird projects that I get involved with just to keep busy. Take my word for it…….
If you need it, Home Depot has it.

Customer service directed me to John who answered all my questions about a lighting product and made sure I had all I needed to complete my project. Best visit I've had anywhere in a long time!

Whatever you do, do NOT have them hook up anything that needs hooking up. They work with a third party that hires individual contractors to do the installations. Had one hook up a washer incorrectly, causing over $40,000 damage. They placed the dryer vents near the connection but struggled, so they left it unhooked.

We like to shop in Home Depot, Downingtown PA. We bought kitchen Backspalsh. We were not able to find exact amount of tiles. We asked Bruce who worked there to help us. He helped us to find the tiles. He is very nice man.

If you can find a sales associate on the floor in the department you're shopping in, you're in like flint! They usually have what is on our list.

Good place I shop here often staff are polite and helpful, prices are good and tools are good as well.

Needed 1 yard of carpet cut from the racks. Home Depot in Downingtown refused explaining they needed to cut more than a yard. Lowe's across the street was happy to sell me a yard of carpeting from their racks.
