Excellent service from the young man who helped cut our shades yesterday. Personable, friendly, very concerned about getting the exact measurements. It’s nice when you need assistance and do not feel like you are bothering an employee

It was a mess with delivery of an item I ordered. And I ordered from there because they had it available.right there in the store. Imagine waiting over a week to get it because they only deliver one day out of the week to my area, 15 Mike's away.

What can we say it's the company's toy store.and the pro service at wyomissing pa is awesome thank you Mandy. Mike.and wellington.you guys rock.

I don't shop here much but they usually have whatever I go there for in stock. I think the sales associates should have better knowledge of the products they sell.

Shoutout to the wonderful 6AM team who helped a very weary me get a lockbox open today. I believe the guy who actually did it was Ed but the whole team was so wonderful and helpful. Heroes!

It's a very large store carry almost anything building plumbing electrical appliances much more.

No was at paint Center, went up and down, looking for someone, stop at service, a lady says I will be with you. Went back to paint counter, still no one, a very nice gentleman pulling a cart says he will find someone. Finally got help, when I left, the lady still never showed up.

All the staff I came across, I think 5 in total, asked me if I needed help. And they were friendly and polite. Wow! I needed bags of soil as well and the garden staff loaded my car. Wonderful service! This is how all retail stores should be.

Nice to be able to access this place the way it is. This store also has great stock, great employees, people willing to help. All positive things here.

It was hard to get service at first no one asked to so i went to the counter but when I got it she was great.

Homedepots are pretty much all the same but this one is huge with way more stock than our local Pottstown store. A big deal was that any associate I interacted with was super nice and very helpful.

3 people was able to assist me there. It was Carol "who greeted me and sent me to aile 12", Jenny " when i couldn't what i was looking for in 12 had me follow her over to the plumbing department. And Harry, who Jenny double checked with to make sure that we had the right item.

Have had good experiences here and Michael was wonderful to deal with for a Rheem hot water heater warranty issue Thank you!
