Lowes or homedepot. Hmmm either place employees have no clue where anything is. You can tell the stores havent been well cleaned since way before covid.cough cough

The employees at night are too busy on their personal phones to take care of customers. I picked up an order and two of the cashiers were too busy texting to notice me. When I said “ma’am, excuse me” is when they looked up and seemed like I was bothering them. I eventually obtain my order, but it wasn’t until being passed off because the two cashiers were too busy.

Very quick curbside order. Waited 10 min to be told to pick up.waited maybe 2 or 3 min to receive it. On a Saturday afternoon.

I went to the one in Oxford valley to buy a nail gun I asked the guy in the aisle for help and he ignored me the only reason it even gets three stars is cuz I went to the one in tullytown and the lady was very helpful and nice but the one in Oxford valley I would not go to they need to get rid of that man he doesn't want to do his job he'd rather look at screws and sell me a nail gun

I can usually find what I need within minutes and if I can't there is a store clerk right there to help me find it.

Love this place. I could shop here every day. After years of shopping at Home depot I still love it. 2/17/22

I purchased a dishwasher in the store that ended up being damaged. They were great with the return. I ordered another one online with delivery and installation. When the drivers brought it it, they said they couldn't install it. Now I have to go to the store to get the refund which is difficult for me to leave the house without having someone watch others that live here.

They are good about letting you know where things are located in the store. I enjoy taking my Dog (Gi Gi) there
When I do everyone enjoy to see her and always give her good compliments. Love that atmosphere
& enjoy the workers helping hand.

Employees can be very rude and seem like they dont even want to be there. Supplies are also all over the place and unorganized. Want to get in and out fast? Then try another home depot.

NEVER buy appliances from here. I bought the warranty for a fridge and their customer service is TERRIBLE. I was hung up on 2 times, transferred endlessly and disrespected. I was transferred to some third world country where Home Depot apparently saves money by sending their customers to. From there I was told in some language barely resembling English that I had to wait for some claim approval team to review everything. Bottom line is I paid for a warranty And ended up getting robbed by home depot.

There is a homeless encampment outside and they have been breaking into cars so steer clear of this place at all cost. Very Dangerous.

Wish this store had a larger assortment! Always finding myself going to the larger stores. Although they're pretty awesome.

What a joke! Ask for help buying an appliance and they tell you to go home and go on the website to order it!

Staff is great, prices competitive, store is well kept, it's the parking lots that are scary, HOMELESS Depot in the very front, lots of shady characters roaming all hours

It's home depot. Always stocked, professional. Company truly puts an emphasis on customer service. Shopped her for years and never had any issues.

Despite the prices on everything, they have almost everything you want from home remodeling, yard work outside, including holiday decorations for both inside and outdoors.

Only place I so far given 5 stars employees very help if don't have what I need do what they can to help

Had a great experience last night was able to find the lights I wanted and pretty good price on disposable gloves as well.

Waited 20 minutes to order paint and the two women in the paint department didn’t even acknowledge me standing there right in front of the counter. Never again. Will deal with Lowe’s or Ace Hardware

Again excellent store for the area they carry all the stuff you need to do the job you want to do for these little houses that I'm living in they're not houses your trailers their campers turned into houses little houses is what I call them great store to go to
