I was looking for an item and a gentleman named Jaylen helped me to find it! He was kind and respectful as I am a trans-female, and he took note of my pronouns and made my trip a little bit brighter.

Dear Regional Manager,

I am a pro that uses the Trooper, King of Prussia and Montgomeryville Home Depot’s most often. My company has been using these stores for around the last 3+ years. We’re not a small vendor, we spend around $150,000 per year at these stores.

The customer service and issues we have on almost a daily basis have become so horrible over the last 6+ months. It’s becoming a truly insane problem, the amount of hours spent on the phone tracking down orders, letting customers know delays in the 30+ days out or longer, damaged products, etc.

I am a beyond big supporter of Home Depot, it’s always been my go to store well before I started a construction company. I am pleading to you to work with your store managers to better support the customers who rely on their services to pay their bills and support their families.

I have faith you can get it together and get these stores fixed.

I will say KOP is by far the best but has their issues as well.

Do not rent a truck or van from home depot. They have a lack of reliability. I reserved a box truck two weeks ago to move from my apartment. Less than 24 hours of the move, the home depot at this location canceled my reservation. When I called, they informed me that whoever had the vehicle before me had not returned it. They also said, the previous renter can extend the rental date for as long as they choose therfore resulting in the cancellation of my rental. Additionally, there was no accommodation for my inconvenience whatsoever. The attitude was literally "oh well, you figure it out. " I asked them if they could search other nearby home depot locations and the representative was clear that they don't communicate with other home depots and cannot assist. I went online to reserve another truck at another location nearby and called to speak with someone to confirm my reservation. The person I spoke with was very rude in her service delivery. She asserted that the trucks were first come first serve. I let her know I was confused on why would I be able to make a reservation online (with a $150 hold on my credit card) if it was first come first serve. She did not answer my question only just repeated herself -that it was first come first serve. I asked to speak with a manager and she didn't respond and put me on hold. I eventually hung up. Long story short- poor customer service -don't rent box trucks or vans from home depot. Go to u-haul or Lowes.

I purchased a grill to be assembled and then shipped to our house. The grill arrived- not assembled. I needed the grill for an upcoming BBQ and could not wait a week for the assembly crew to put it together. Carl came to my house in his personal car and picked it up, made sure it was assembled and it was delivered the following day! I couldn’t believe he offered to do that, and actually made it happen- I felt so bad!

Quick stop for minor home repairs is convenient, quick fixes are a breeze with the variety of items needed for the home!

It seems like the 3rd busiest in my area, and equivalent to the others (KOP and Pottstown) it runs efficiently. I can always find stock in this one, and the wood section is in great order.

Good luck with this depo.a lot of rude employee's.especially at customer service desk.there is a younger girl there with blonde hair she acts like it's a chore waiting on people.then she had the nerve to tell me that she can't give me back more than $40 cash because they won't have money in their drawer.on top of that as I was walking away she made a comment about me to the next customer in line. Don't bother call corporate office because they don't care

I usually shop at Home Depot in Minnesota. This Philadelphia store was no different. What you see is what you get.

This Home Depot is everything the Lowes 5 minutes away is not. It is well staffed and full of friendly associates. The registers are open and work as they should. You can check out with an actual human when you need to and their online ordering is fast and easy. Special accolades to Walt at the front desk who has worked for the company for the better part of 3 decades and is always helpful and friendly. If you need someone who really knows what they are doing, ask for him.

Was looking for items, that were sold out when I went in the store, and the people working their were very friendly and helpful, so I didn't waste time running around looking for what I needed, they showed me exactly where to look! Loved it! Was in and out in less than 15 minutes!

A larger Home Depot store that has just about everything including a strong high end tool rental. Store Personnel are very friendly and helpful!

Grabbed our christmas decorations from here after Christmas. Found so many great items on sale. The store associates provided me with a cart in order to grab all the items, they helped bring the cart to the check out station and then helped me load the cart into my car. Great experience. Thank you!

Had to go back for 2 more packs of insulation. Got 15 in January to realize the bulk discount and it was the majority of my basement ceiling that got insulation that needed another 2 to finish the job. Of course, since it's home depot u need to find a flatbed outside as they are never in the store. Lowes has them in the aisle for bulk materials all the time.

Now there are many many many chooses when it comes to home improvement stores in our area but I myself always find that home depot is the place to go shopping at. They always have what I need the way the store is set up they make it easy to navigate and find what I need.wheather it's a screw or and garden rake or a box of trash bag they always have adequate supply of the things I need.

It was OK they didn't have a elongated toilet seat in black need to order it on line

Yes a big box hardware store. The difference is you will find what you need at a fair price.

We were looking for paint for our bathroom and it occurred to us that coming to the Home Depot store would be the best option. They are supposed to advertise to sell and advise you. We were GREATLY disappointed that the staff there treated us very badly and outright they did not want to attend to us there was a guy named Jhon and when we asked him about a certain color he told us to look for it and in a rude way, later my husband looked for another guy named Chris and told him there is the paint look for it, the color is not was available and we just wanted to know if they could tell us or find out how to get that color.

Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree. Holiday decorations are not on sale yet. Plenty of selections left.
