Horrible customer service. The on line scheduling system did not work and the in store staff acted like I was lying to them about it.
Just really turned me off and they could not have cared less. I will take my business elsewhere.

I bought a beautiful sunflower from the home Depot and it died 2 days later I don't know what they did to it or what they put in it but I will never go back to shopping it was for my dad's grave I called several times no manager at all called me back very disappointed

Prices are becoming ridiculous. Wanted to purchase four 40 pound bag of Scott's Turf Builder fertilizer. $85.99 per bag! Amazing, used to be $58.99. Went to Ace Hardware, much less expensive.

I went in to buy bug spray for my home and a young man, I believe his name was Jari, he saw that my leg was bothering me and I was having a hard time walking, he carried the heavy bottles of spray to the counter and out to my car for me. What a gentleman, we need more of him in this new generation. Thank you so much, he is an asset to this HomeDepot!

I like Home Depot’s prices over other Home Improvement stores. If you have a question about a particular item it’s hard to find someone on the floor for help. Not to single them out because I fell that nowadays most retail stores are understaffed.

Shopped here and while going through the self checkout, I was scrutinized by a miserable employee who accused me in front of other customers of not scanning items in my cart. This was humiliating as I don't steal and have money to pay for all my purchases. I let her know that I was not happy with her comments as every item was scanned. Purchased $800 in materials. This employee should be terminated. From now on, I won't be shopping here. Lowe's is right down the road, at least I'm greeted with a smile.

Joe in plumbing made our trip for hot water heater connection a lot less stressful and made sure we had everything we could need to finish

On many occasions the employees have gone out of their way to provide good customer service. The plumbing professionals are a great resource for someone who is attempting a repair for the first time.

It's just your usual Home Depot. Nothing really stuck out too much everything I needed was in stock and pretty simple to find.
