Helpful staff and a clean store compared to other home depots.a good selection of everything you could need for your home improvement endeavors.

I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but I was able to find something that I could use.

After a poor experience at Home Depot Neshaminy, I had the opposite experience at the Willow Grove store. The driveway patch that was looking for was where I expected it and the online inventory was spot on. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I had a faucet problem, which could not be fixed after I went to the nearby Lowe’s store twice. Shortly after coming into this Home Depot, someone came to me and asked me if I needed any help. He let me know what I should buy and solved my problem. This saves me for potentially a few more fruitless visits. I highly recommend this store for the hospitality.

I do not like that they replaced all of the standard cashiers with self check out lanes. It makes getting lumber and hardware very difficult.

Always seem to have a better selection of items then Lowe's. Also Steve in plumbing was a life saver and had the knowledge of what I need to do the job. It's nice to know someone who works there know what they are talking about.

This comments is for delivery guys, usually come to this home to leave merchandise. (painting) this home depot has a lot of space, apart from that it is located in the main routes. The staff that recive are very friendly. In general, good place, you can drop your deliry without problems.

The shopping experience was great. This store has a great layout, and all departmental staff were present and on the floor ready to help customers with their questions. I was able to find everything that I was looking for. This location is recommended for all of your project needs.

Honestly I prefer the Montgomeryville location better with parking and the layout. The people here though have usually been far more helpful.

Home depot is one of the Good place to go, the staffs are friendly and helpful, it's one of my favorite place to shop

My husband forced me to go to home depot today against my will. I am hangry, still in my Pajamas, and my hair looks like i may not have (although i did) brush it for a few days. Despite my face, my continous yawns, my bleach spotted pants, the employees were very pleasant and i received zero judgemental views. Writing this review still hangry and sloppy but un-Judged. Thanks Home depot for keeping it a judgement free zone! (And keeping prices that don't hurt my bleach spotted pockets!)

Great store. Clean and most of the employees are helpful and friendly. That guy in kitchen design is the best! ;-)

Asked for two copies of each key I brought in. Got one copy of each as I noticed at the register. Second time this has happened at this location.

Any home owner has got to love this place. Everything you need from a screw to refurbishing a kitchen is here. Better prices than Lowe's

My first time at this location because they were the only store that had the salt water softener needed for our water system. Mr. Bill at the customer service desk was very helpful; the person that pulled our order for us was very pleasant. This location was larger than what I'm used to in Philly, it was very bright and clean. Would drive out of my way again if need be.

Better organized, but very hard to locate attants.last time i need someone, overhead paged for 3 times, no show.

Always love going to Home Depot. Can spend all day there looking at the raw materials and brainstorming ideas about the next home upgrade.

This is a fairly new Home Depot, (within the last 5yrs). It is very accessable from major through fairs, 611,263 and I-95. It does have pretty much everything you need for home improvements. Having said that, it takes awhile to find what you want unless you locate a staff member who can help you find the items in question. The prices are competitive with other large home improvement centers. Staff are pleasant and their is ample parking.

It depends upon the day that you go on how helpful the employees will be or not but there is A6040 chance that you will leave satisfied
