I’ve been here multiple times and my fav stylist is Sabria. She’s thorough and skilled. My hair is flourishing. Won’t be seeing anyone else to treat my natural hair.

I paid my $25 deposit on a Tuesday prior to my Sunday appointment. My appointment was booked for December 12,2021 at 6: 00pm. Henri (the owner) calls me at approximately 5: 03pm while I’m on my way to the salon to tell me that she’s not going to be able to do my hair until 8: 00pm because she’s doing someone else’s hair and it’s going to take her 3 hours to do. I go to the salon and to my dismay she (Henri) has an entire attitude as if I did something wrong when I did everything I was supposed to do. She then asks me if I want to go somewhere else to get my hair done. Really? Where am I going to get my hair done on a Sunday at 5: 30? I told her I needed my hair done and she said she would call me and tell when she was close to being done to get my hair done so I could come back. Long story short she never called has my deposit money and my hair still isn’t done. Don’t book with her she’s very unprofessional and has an attitude like really I could’ve spent my money elsewhere but I liked how she did my hair in the past never again!

HENRI, IS THE ABSOLUTE GREATEST OF ALL TIMES! No exaggeration she's very professional, and welcoming plus she's always on time. I don't think matter fact I know that she can do any hair style that you ask her and when you show her any hair style or tell her what look your going for today she goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and every time its perfection and better then I could ever imagine! She is truly a blessing and so understanding, I love coming to her shop and I love her personality how welcoming her salon is, how she take care of my hair, and manage her time and ours! HENRI I hope you reading this and I want to let you know that your perfection, the way you care, your neatness, and your love that you give to your occupation let me know this isn't a job to you this is A PASSION I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU! Great salad and dressing. Everything was fresh and tasty. Ordering was simple by phone and the staff was vwry pleasant. The menu sounded excellent will definitely want to come back and try more items.

I went in for weave maintenance on my wet and wavy hair, which they charged $75 for a shampoo, hood dry, and flat iron. I was expecting a seasoned stylist to do my hair, I don't think this Sista had a clue! She shampooed my extensions like she was scrubbing a stain. This caused the hair to tangle, next instead of separating it to brush out the tangles in sections to dry it. She combed & brush for it seemed an eternity, she was given advice by 2 other ladies how to do this. (used plenty of conditioner and this brush) I had such a headache! Next we went to the styling chair where she butchered, combed, brushed and flat ironed my weave. This Sista, instead of sewing my loose tracks she glued in some hair which slid out when I got home. AlI I wanted to do was pay up and leave! Since when do we allow newbies do a job which they don't know what/ how to perform alone? She definitely needs more training, but not on me! Oh and to add insult to injury I was told by the owner it would be $75. S
o this Sista just took her a lil tip and charged me $80 Make sure you get anyone but this lady shame she didn't give me her name! She reminded me of Gina doing Myra hair on Martin! Shame, the place looks very nice!

Recently relocated to Philly and was in need of a new hair salon. I found House of Henri on Facebook and then came across Sabria styling page and loved her work. I am all natural so it was important to find a hair stylist that specializes in natural hair care and growth. I decided to book an appointment for a silk press and loved my hair. My first appointment was on a Saturday which was surprisingly busy for 8: 30am appointment. I did have a little bit of wait but I still was accommodated in a timely manner. I booked for a second time during the week and was in and out. I highly recommend. Thanks Sabria for bomb silk press!

This my second time coming to get my hair done as a walk in. Service was excellent and I didnt have to wait long at all. I must add I love my hair. Thank you Sabria.

Love getting my hair done by Henri! It's a drive to get there for me, so you know it's worth it's! My haircut came out Amazing, per usual! I've only experienced getting my hair washed, deep conditioned, blow dried, and cut and styled but she offers a list of treatments, and styling options. The House of Henri is very skilled in the craft of haircare and hair maintenance.

Was waiting in the salon for 1 hour before they washed my hair, then had to wait another 1 1/2 for her to touch my hair. I told her I didn’t want a trim and she talked me into getting one, not mentioning a trim is 20$ so I paid 75$ for a wash n curl and sat in their salon for a little over 3 hours. Not very accommodating, not once did anyone apologize for my wait or anything. I won’t be returning.

Friendly staff. My stylist dye my hair n style it. She did a good job cuz my hair is soft n thin. It is short as well. My stylist was very friendly. I luv my silk scarf that I purchased as well. I will go back again.

I had the pleasure of going to House of Henri for my daughters and I. It was a very nice experience, and an even better atmosphere; everyone was very nice and friendly. The shampoo person was amazing, Henri and MJ did an amazing job on our hair. I will definitely go back again.

I went for a walk-in on sat and it was a great experience. I haven’t been to a shop for awhile because I was traumatized from my last experience with my natural hair. The lady I had did a great job shampooing my hair and doing my hair. She was very patient and friendly. I usually never wear my hair out after it’s done but this time I couldn’t wait and I hope it last. I will definitely be back.

I have been coming here for over 2 years now and i love this hair salon my stylist is MJ she is really great and very professional and she is very knowledgeable about hair care and she even educate me about my hair as well she has my hair healthy and growing the shop is so relaxing and everyone there is professional and polite.
