My friend and I went for a girls getaway. We were led to believe the price of the spa services were included in the price quoted because the price was so high. They were not. A 3 course meal was included in the package, but we couldn't even get into the restaurant. We had to settle for room service. We each had 3 spa services. Her first one was a mani/pedi that wiped off 10 min after the service. We brought it up and Rosa quickly re-did it (and it looked like it). She blamed it on salon products. There was a bridal party sraying there that was extremely noisy and shreiking in the hallway. To finish up this mess of a "getaway" we had a credit card mix up that has not been fixed yet. I truly believe we should be reimbursed for part of this cost. But, people that make those decisions haven't returned my calls. I would stay away from this place. It's WAY too high priced for what you get.

Our family had very nice memories here for a getaway during pandemic. The environment is beautiful, the Parlor Suite is delicate and worthy. But beyond that the service is unexceptionable, from lobby to restaurant. We will definitely recommend this unique place.

Visited the coffee and sandwich cafe. 30 minutes after I ordered, the waitress came and told me they had a new chef and it would be five more minutes. Another 20 minutes later my order arrived, but it wasn't what I ordered. It was a wrap so I didn't know it was wrong until I took a bite. It was good, just not what I ordered and at that point I had only 5 minutes to eat and go.

One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The grounds are amazing, the room was beautiful and the restaurant and coffee shop were great. I can't wait to go back.

What a fabulous place – it far exceeded my expectations! I wanted a little night away in Lancaster County that would include a spa day and a some time at a pool, and the Inn at Leola Village fit the bill. I was so pleasantly surprised at how thoughtful the grounds were – filled with beautiful summer flowers and quaint nooks. Really nice! And the rooms themselves have such gorgeous, quality furniture. (Amish-made, I am guessing?) Just way more unique than an average hotel stay! (More of a B&B feel but with the amenities of a large hotel.) The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. My massage at the spa was FABULOUS, and the little pool was absolute perfection – so relaxing! I was there mid-week, which was nice and quiet. I gather on weekends there is more of a crowd for on-site weddings? Such a sweet place and terrific for a quick self-care getaway!

Hello potential brides. I have waited a year to post my thoughts and comments about the Inn at Leola. I waited because I wanted to see how the Inn actually progressed over this year, how the road construction progressed over this year, and to see if the owner and her current operator grew a heart towards humanity, a conscious, and whether they would ever hit 5 star status.
They have not. My daughter and I chose to try and do business with them. We scheduled a wedding for July 9,2022 in April of 2021. With in less then a month of that agreement we experienced a lot of change including the future son in law being transferred out of area, unexpected serious health issues with the bride to be, and felt we needed to cancel due to a lot of unknowns that were ahead of both of them. It was a long and hard decision we had to make. We canceled. The Inn decided it is a NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT POLICY, (please read your contract closely and realize you will loose that $5000. + deposit you give them) if you cancel at anytime. Less then a month from signing I made several civil calls to try and get them to refund some of it, to no avail. They did nothing for us but tell us to bad. I hired an attorney who explained based on their contract language they did not have to refund under any law or circumstance in Pennsylvania. My attorney felt he wanted to reach out to them by letter and appeal to them based on moral and ethical principles, and hoped he would bring to the forefront behavior of the best conduct from a company that prides themselves on customer care and service, but here we are a year later, never hearing from them, my attorney never getting any response back. So folks they got 5000+ dollars out of us for nothing. I could see and fully understand not refunding some but to keep it all. I was hoping at least over this last year things would get better there, like clean rooms, less cigar smoke smell in the main building, less mold found in rooms, prettier designs from the florist whom you must use, but it doesn’t seem to be the case. Karma that’s all I will say. Just want to mention, with a little more effort on our part, we found a new location much prettier with true flower beds and a view that is stunning for 17,000 less then our proposed cost at the Inn. We had a lot of choices and are not doing all the work. Please don’t let this be a mistake you make.

I am still trying to wrap my head around the negative reviews! This entire facility is spectacular! We just spent a night away with dinner at Osteria Avanti and a couples massage! First and foremost, the staff is amazing! We didn’t come across a single staff member that wasn’t friendly, informative, and helpful! From the front desk, restaurant and spa, everyone was exceptional! Hunter, the bartender was fantastic! He is an asset and amazing at his job! Kylee our server, was so friendly and did such a wonderful job! The food was delicious. We had steak (filet and New York strip) and everything was cooked to perfection. Just to prove how friendly the staff is, we had dinner, a few drinks at the bar and sat by the pool to relax and in this time, Julie, Gavin, and Harper all made impressions on us that we couldn’t forget any of them! We were treated wonderfully by all the staff! The couples massage was wonderful and so relaxing. Dana and Skyler did a fabulous job and left my husband and I totally relaxed! Such a treat! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and our room was perfect! It was SPOTLESS! I highly recommend The Inn at Leola Village! It was such a perfect night away and we will definitely be going back!

My fiancé and I stayed here several times and we loved it. Until we booked our wedding. We made the deposit of over $2000 to hold our date.
Due to unforeseen circumstance (Covid and deaths on both sides of the family) we had to cancelled. We called and explained the situation to Tara. She was very cold and she told us that no money would be returned. I read the contract, so I knew that this was going to happen. But we cancelled 2 years before our date. They could have given at least $500 back or a free room to stay. But nothing but a cold shoulder. Pocketed all the money. I also wrote her an email after speaking with her explaining our situation and she NEVER responded.
Let’s just say I will miss this place bc we always had an amazing time. But think again when you want to plan an event here. Very disappointed.

This is an awesome place. It is beautiful, the staff are amazing, and the food was incredible. Mike, the front desk person, has great customer service skills.

The only say negative thing I will say is avoid the spa packages. The spa prizes are ridiculous, and the staff at the spa do not care about your concerns.

While looking for a place to stay near Lancaster, PA, consider "The Inn At Leola Village! " Located not far from downtown Lancaster and several other small town weekend shopping areas, this lovely Inn with 62 rooms has much to offer. Located on property are a full service salon, an Italian restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating, a coffee shop to brew your morning start and other amenities on par with any full hotel getaway locations. One difference is the absolute professional and friendly staff throughout. An experience of welcome and care for your stay on the property are really exceptional. The property is very well kept and clean throughout. Parking is abundant. The many spaces to relax and wander on site are many. The Inn is a much requested wedding destination and offers a full planning service as well. A wedding facility is located on site and separate from the main building. My visit to the Italian restaurant located within was really amazing with wonderful food choices. Sitting outside with live music on the weekends during summer is not to be missed. The restaurant also offers a full and lovely bar area and large wine selection. I really recommend The Inn At Leola Village as I have stayed in many places throughout the Lacsster Area. It is indeed one of, if not, the best choice for visiting the area and staying over. I can't wait to go back!

We attended my brother's wedding here and did an overnight stay. Both my wife and I agree, the experience was terrible. The wedding itself was beautiful as the landscaping and grounds are well maintained, but everything else was medicore at best. It's tough to justify the prices as the customer service, food, drinks, rooms and spa services do not measure up. There are plenty of wedding venues, caterers, bartenders, salon and spas in Lancaster County that operate with a higher standard in mind. Yes, it's convenient to have everything available at one location, but sadly, it's the downfall of this place and you'll overpay for a bad experience.

Our son and his fiance got married here. From the rehearsal dinner to the after party everything was amazing. The food, the service, the rooms, & the prices were amazing. Everyone that attended and got a room for the night we're thrilled with everything, including the prices for the rooms.
It was an incredible weekend at an incredible place. Highly recommend.

The worst hotel for $300 per night in my life!
On the pics here you can find that they have a bathtub in a room but actually they DON’T! Except this, you can also find a brown marmorated stink bugs at your bathroom. Enjoy:)

My wife and I have stayed at the Inn many times so this time we decided to try the farmhouse. The room was very clean and modern. We expected that, being close to the street, the room would be noisy but that wasn't the case. The hotel staff, as usual, was very friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay here. If you’re looking for a place to slow down your busy life, this is it. Customer service was impeccable and all of the staff was so kind. I had a facial and a massage at the spa and both services were magical. There is also so many delicious restaurants within 20 minutes of the Inn. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it!

Have stayed here five times—enjoy the historicity of the inn. This time we have a room in the main building over the bar. I think these rooms should be reserved for wedding parties—a wedding reception has been going strong for 2 hours and I am sure it will last 2-3 more. The noise is so loud the room vibrates and you can barely hear the tv even turned up. Last night people were talking and laughing on the patio until 2: 30 am. Had to physically move the armoire from the wall and turn it so could watch tv from the bed. Loved the wine cellar rooms but never again in this part of the facility and maybe never again period. Oh yes—you have to go down to the bar to get ice.

While the area was great the room was a OTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! I had to add, our waiter at Osteria Avant was great and the food was as well.

As for the room:
1. The room was not clean. Dirty towels left from previous guest in hamper in bath room.
2. Dirt and trash behind hamper and behind the refrigerator and the basket on the hot tub and the tile in shower
3. They conveniently left out that there is a sales office above the room and you hear every step they take. While they were supposedly to be out of there by 5pm on Friday, the pitter patter of feet at 7am on Saturday and Sunday was not something we anticipated on weekend morning nor feel is acceptable at the $445.a night rate.
4. Creepy 2nd shower door in shower leading to crawl space!? !? Every time we went into the bathroom and turned the shower on, a creaky door would open and close above. Very very weird! We felt like we were being watched while in room. Not to mention the holes in the mortar of the stone walls behind the bed.
5. Front desk knew nothing about restaurant info (when they close), but was adamant that we will be lucky to get a reservation for the same evening, so we made one and the place was a ghost town.
6. HVAC system duct work bangs and clangs after it runs. Seems to be from the duct work contracting from heat.
7. There is (sic) another sound of a motor that comes on and goes off periodically overnight that kept waking us up.
8. Several leaks in room. One at head of entry door into room.
9. Door lock on bathroom - hardware is literally for an exterior yard gate. Stiff and pinches fingers.
10. NO BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE.
