The Inn at Narrows Creek, DuBois PA

A cheerful quirky house on the road into town, a couple of minutes drive frim the I80. Fabulous visuals and friendly family that run it on site. The breakfast is served in your room, it's not a family style breakfast. I choose bed and breakfast places partly to meet other guests and hear thier stories, being confined to room was not good for me. In room there is a table, chairs and hot drink facilities - no milk replacement as standard. I get the impression that the owners would try and supply anything asked for. I didn't ask, I don't like 'fuss'. There is a reception room that could be intended, and used, as a gathering place but because I am traveling solo I have Noone to gather with. This place is better tailored to groups of travellers.

The windows did not have full coverings, so the daylight wakes up light sleepers like me. Luckily it's winter and dawn was at an acceptable hour.

My friend and I needed a last minute room (i booked the night before) since we were passing thru with a uhaul.we thought the hosts and staff were very friendly and the rooms were well appointed. I would definitely stay here again!

My partner and I loved our stay here! We were both exhausted after a long drive from IN and around 10: 30pm I called up the Inn. They were so sweet and happy to accommodate two weary travels for the night. The room was cozy, the shower was hot and perfect, and the BREAKFAST! Delicious. Amazing. Absolutely hit the spot. The next morning we were given a quick tour of the grounds, swung in the hammock, and enjoyed seeing their sweet dog Ben splash around in the nearby creek. It was seriously idealic! We got back on the road refreshed, and we can't wait to go back! 10/10 would stay again.

This place is simply beautiful, I loved the walkthrough fairytale like garden in their yard. Cool birdhouses, garden decor, tree carvings that make you feel like you’re back in time. The Inn is immaculate and the family that overlooks the property are just so welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect, the bed a little hard but prob needs broken in as everything is so new. Loved the bathroom, so clean! The breakfast was served to me in my room and I felt like royalty lol the French toast was superb and so was the freshly baked muffin and fruit cup such a relaxing, peaceful stay. My go to place from now on while traveling back east. Thankyou for your outstanding service and place to stay at such reasonable rates on top of all that!
