The Inn at Penn, a Hilton Hotel reviews
13Too expensive they take advantage of families who's family is in the hospital and have no choice. I could stay in a room for $300.00 In Cancun.
We enjoyed our stay at the Inn at Penn. The room was nice, everything was clean and I had the best AC I have ever had in a hotel room. Definitely coming back the next time I visit Philadelphia.
The front desk staff was amazing but the room was not in great standards. The bathroom tub had hair in it and when the water came the tub was a brown color. For the second night we thought someone was coming to clean the room but no. We didn’t get any new towels, washcloths, toilet paper or anything. If they can’t clean the bathroom right who knows what else was dirty that we couldn’t see.
Absolutely a great place to stay and very clean. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. One of my favorites!
I love this place. It's like my second home! Everyone is great Angela, Dan and John they are the best!
Very nice, contemporary room, and friendly staff, in a good location on Penn's campus, near a couple of good restaurants, including the White Dog Cafe.
Was in town while my spouse underwent surgery at Penn. My remote was sanitized but the bathroom was dirty. Black fingerprints down the door and door frame made me question the overall cleanliness. Huge gap under the door let the hall lights beam in on me all night. Rusty fixtures in the bathroom, a torn shower curtain and shower faucet that didn't work right. Staff was polite, but this hotel was no better than any other. Save the cash.
Great clean hotel in a nice part of town was coinvent for me to be able to walk to work during my stay, staff is friendly and the food was great!
A wonderful, attractive hotel conveniently accessible to Upenn's medical facilities as well as to the University's beautiful campus.
This is one of the better Hilton hotels I have stayed at in a while. The rooms and lobby were very nice and the hotel is centrally located on Penn's campus.
The Inn at Penn has been so accomodating! I've been using them for months during these strange COVID times, and I've always felt safe and well taken care of. The staff is super lovely and helpful.
How my toilet was when I checked in. This happened before too. Someone is doing this after the rooms are cleaned. But overall my stay is always great
Beautiful hotel, nice location and very pleasant staff. Will be staying there when we return to U Penn.
